Brlng 2 gal. of water to a full boll. Add I teaspoon Frult Fresh or Spud tllhite. (This helps to retain color.) Add cobs, only as many fhat the water will completely cover. Blanch smal I ears 7 minutes, medlum ,) 9 mlnutes, large ll minutes. Drain in a collander. To a large contalner, add l/2 Teaspoon Fruit Fresh, lce and srater. Put the cobs In this water and thoroughly chlll. Drain, rYrap cobs indivldually in plastlc wrap, put in refrlgerator and leave overnight. Then put cobs in bags and frseze In co I dest part of freezer.
