e of their banking using the internet. The customer who has more than one account many use an e-commerce banking website to move funds between accounts, to pay bills, and many other things. Many of these tasks would have previously required customers to actually visit the bank and queue up to do the same thing. Question 1. A customer of internet banking receives a call from someone at the bank asking for their accounts personal identification number (PIN) what should that customer do? Answer: say no and hang up, then call the bank or go in person to the bank to see if the query is true. Questions 2. Internet banking doesnt let us deposit or withdraw cash so what are the main benefits?
