Implemented a process modeling strategy focused on developing a new methodology for managing the projects related to the onboarding of customers and development of system changes and their associated launch initiatives. Developed requirements and test plans for the build out and migration of customers from an aging legacy system used to setup and process card orders for clients. Developed monthly metrics reporting used to show progress and results of team efforts related to customer and product implementations. These metrics were also developed to be used as a baseline for comparison against the new systems effectiveness.

Green Tree Servicing Defined strategies to streamline and transform a fledgling Project Management Office (PMO) and bring a level of discipline while providing common planning and scheduling processes to projects. Led an application performance improvement project resulting in the ability to handle a 100% increase in loans serviced through a series of interrelated loan servicing, collections, and customer service call center systems. Wells Fargo After taking over a one-year delayed Lockbox Strategic Enrollments project, led the team to complete and implement the initial phase of the project enabling the migration of acquired bank customers onto a single lockbox reporting platform. Lead a geographically disbursed US and India based project team of highly skilled application development, testing, business analysts and operational professionals. Create risk plans, quality plans, staffing plans, project schedules and budgets for multiple projects.
Responsible for mobilizing talents of staff who evaluate, develop and deliver technology projects for the Retirement Plan Services division. Developed and implemented resource planning and project control processes to enable development of short and long term application enhancements. Managed application development team of 18 highly skilled web and distributed system experts across a geographically disbursed area, with an expense budget over $2m. Defined strategies that improved application development project timelines and increase project transparency.. Developed resource planning models used for project intake and provisioning of resources also used in planning release schedules and enabling commitments to customers for custom software delivery. Overall responsibility for the IT strategy and operations of the nations largest independent provider of services for selffunded health plans supporting 1.4 million members nationwide. The Corporation implemented a new consumer driven health product line and tripled in size growing primarily through acquisition. This resulted in a highly complex operating environment and IT footprint.
Defined roadmaps and standards for legacy and web based applications included the redesign of legacy systems into component applications to support plans for accelerated processing and introduction of products and services.
Developed several new applications supporting new product and services in both the legacy claims processing and customer web portal systems. Rescued a floundering strategic customer relationship utilizing processes that brought teams together, identified root cause of application integration problems negotiated extensive scope and priority changes and worked through corrections resulting in a satisfied customer.
