Mothers are very much biologically different from that of a father because they are much more nurturing. mothers start from early childhood, maybe even from infantcy to be nu rturing as well as they have a higher tolerance for when there is something wrong with the child , whether it be hunger, a belly ache, or just plain sleepy. They also tend to have much softer voices as well as a softer touch to comfort a child if needed. Fathers have deeper voices which ma e it hard to be comforting especially because a lot of them thin it will mae their child to whi mmpy so they usually want to start right after the childs born to mae them tough. Mothers are usually able to put a schedule together for their child/children so they can have some alone time to be able to attend to other household duties that may need to be done. Fathers, on the other hand, are able to just wal out the door without a worry t o either go to wor, out with the boys, or whatever they choose to do. They dont have to worry about sitters and being around when its time for the feedings and changing diapers. I believe mothers form that special bond with their child right from the moment of conception and carrying them for 9 long, hard months, and without being able to see, that child still nows by touch and sound who their mommy is. Americans have been taught since way bac in time that women are and should be the care givers of any and all children and the men go o ut and earn a living for the family to survive and although the times have changed in society and with this generation more and more teens are becoming pregnant then decide raising a child is to hard and they dont want the responsibility so the childs grandparents end up raising the m or there put up for adoption. The way the economy is in this day and age maes it very hard to be able to live without both parents having to wor so children arent getting the nurturing from their mothers that is needed and the seperation issues a lot of children end up having maes it difficult for the child to be content and happy. With both parents having to wor older children are usually left tending to themselves at a very young age and they end up growing up to fast and they are n ot able to have the supervision needed. I was a single mom for about 3 years and had to wor tw o full time jobs in order to survive. I really didnt thin it was harming my children in any way but they both have taen their turn explaining to me exactly how it did affect them and if I had th e chance to do it over I would never have done that to them. Its heart wrenching hearing them tell me how it affected them. I believe the teen pregnancy rate is higher these days due to i ds being left on their own at young ages and not feeling wanted or loved by the parent/parents. Although in all reality its supposed to be the mothers raising their children the re are more and

more fathers taen over that role and sometimes are much better care givers then the mothers. Depending on the situation it ends up being much better for the child especially because its not very often a father will be awarded a child so if that ends up being the case th en the mother must not have been a very good care giver to begin with. Who nows how our society wi ll end up in the years to come as far as mothers raising children, I thin it will be grandpa rents and fathers.
