We knows that the communication is one of important component in our daily life. Although it was very hard to reach the levels of effective communication. From the article that we have been read, we identify that there are many ways to build the effective communication in ourself. For example, before we start any public speaking or any speech that need we talk infront other people, we must get ready with our topic. The topic that we want to talk also must be suitable with the condition. There are several elements in effective communications such as senderreceiver, feedback, noise, setting, channel and message. We agree that if we lack one of this element, we cannot reach an effective communication skill. For an example, if Abu talk to Ahmad and Ahmad doing something else such as talk to his mobile phone, so, Ahmad will not reach effective communication skill because he do not give all of his attention to what Abu talk about. So, we believe that effective communication will reach if someone focuss to what other people talk about to make sure all message that someone want we know will send properly. Effective communications also helps us to improve our self such as in our job. For example for businessman, they must have communications skills to attrack people to join their business. Thats why, the effective communications is important to us. The others ways that was states in the articles, to be an effective communicators we should plan many reactions on any conditions. We must get ready on any

condition and be react with our partner. For the conclusion, we agree with statement in both of the articles. Moreover, we also believe effective communication is the most important thing in our daily life. Good communication skills are an important part of leading a successful life. Having good communication skills improves both your personal and business relationships and makes life more pleasant for all involved.

Im very thankfully for our God because my coursework was done succesfully although I have face many problem when did this assigment. I also want to wish a very thankfully to my partner,Rosnazifa Bt Romli in doing our job together until done. We also glad to wish thanks you to our lecterur, Mdm Ernie Adnan that was help we finish this coursework. In this semester I have receive a new topic in my coursework also known as Kerja Kursus Pendek(KKP) and this coursework must be done in pairs. We have given a topic about Effective Communication. In this coursework, we must find two article about effective communication. One article was found from internet and the other one was from books,jurnals,magazines and so on. We have choose two article from internet and book. After finish finding the article we must do the graphic organization about the article. Lastly, we doing the critical views about the article. From doing this article I have learn more about the affect of communication in our daily life. The effective communication is the main component that alls of us must need. The highiest confidency in ourself was start from coour communication. The lowest self-confidence usually occur when we have problem in communication. This

phenomenon always I see in my daily life. Besides that, in all profesion need effective communication because its can help our job move infront. For example, a teachers need communication when doing his or her job that was teaching pupils or students in the school. When the teacher did not have the skills in the communication with her or his students how she or he will teach the student? When being a teacher, our job also not teach only but we have face all types of people so this profession need the communication skills. Effective communication is the most important in our life because from our communication our personal was been shown. The good speaker and listener have no problem in any condition. This is because they was ready on anytime to react with any condition that be come to them.

Aspect that we should give attention was the articles must related between each other. There are two members in my group. So, we devide the work inti two which each person will finding only one article. Both of this articles should be found based on the different sources such as one article from internets and the another one from books, magazines, jurnal and so on. Process to find out an articl e about Effective Communication Skills from books is more difficult than from an internets. Although, I am still obstinate to find it until I found a book titled Communicating Effectively which writed by Saundra Hybels and Richard L. Weaver II. .

After finished the process of find the books, I am discuss in a group to find out an articles that related to each other. This process was quite difficult because this book was used the words in quite high level for me. So, I cannot understand about this whole article. On the 2nd of March we did the collaboration with Madam Ernie, she also asked we to found another article because the explaination in that article was not cleared. So, we go back and found another article that it words more easier than the article before but it also must be related with the article that we search via internets. After finished found two articles that related to each other, we should drawn the graphic organizers for each of that two articles. This process was not difficult because I can search internet to find out more about graphic organizers and the example of how to design the graphic organizer correctly. After finished design my graphic organizer, we discuss about how to writed the critical reviews based on the two articles that we had. This is the main reason why we should finding out two articles that related to ech other. This is because, if this two articles do not related to each other, the critical review cannot be written properly. Critical review asked we to writed about our own views about that articles and the opion which we agree or disagree with the explaination that have in that articles.

All that can improved my skills in find information skill, how to write the summary and to produce my critical reviews. For the conclusion, this coursework improved my skill in English. Moreover, it also give me more knowledge about Effective Communication Skills that I can use it in my daily life.
