Our mission is to foster the creativity, self-confidence, and character of our dancers through the art of dance. By focusing on each dancers unique abilities, we help them grow into productive thoughtful people both on and off the stage. We offer classes in pre-school, combo, ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, musical theatre, modern/contemporary, and hip hop! Our all adult staff recognizes that each child that walks through our doors is unique. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every student feels valued and are all treated with equal respect. We offer classes for both recreational and intensive dancers, with all students receiving the same quality instruction. At Dance Traxx we teach the whole person not just the dancer.

Preschool Camp Theme Weeks Half day 2-5 yrs. Join us for a great summer of week long games, sports, crafts and unlimited fun. Themes include: Lets Get Messy, Enchanted Kingdom, Giddie up and Go, Buggin Out, Zoom, Zoom, Zoom, Shiver Me Timbers, Color Me Crazy, Senseational Exploration, Sports of All Sorts. School Age Camp Theme Weeks Full or half day option 5-7 yrs and 8-12 yrs Our Camps are sure to keep your child busy with daily adventures! Camps will be based around each weeks theme and take place at the GH Dawe Community Centre with occasional offsite activities. Weekly themes include: All About Wheels, Rockinit Out, Wild Wild West, Survivor, Holiday Hullabaloo, Time Travelers,Walk on the Wildside. Super Heroes, Sports of all Sorts. Campers have the opportunity to experience all that this multipurpose facility has to offer;

Dawe Community Centre

Deer Valley Meadows Camp is owned by the Church of God in Western Canada. For over 25 years it has been providing facilities for campers to meet in a Christian environment. Besides being the home for camps of the Church of God, it also hosts camps that are directed by other churches and organizations. The biggest camp of the summer is the Family Camp scheduled for July 9 - 14. For this camp parents bring their children and send them to planned events during the day, but at night the family is together in one of the cabins or in the RV campgrounds. It is a great way to introduce preschool children to a camping experience. Many families choose to take advantage of our quiet RV camping sites to have their own private summer get away. The camp offers free firewood, showers and sani-dump facilities for those renting the campsites. Throughout the year Deer Valley Meadows also caters offering quality food and service to many private events such as family reunions and seminars. Deer Valley Meadows Camp is situated on 142 acres of woodlands and grass meadows on the north bank of the Red Deer River near Alix, Alberta. It offers a variety of playgrounds, sports facilities and adventure trails. It is a member of Christian Camping International (CCI) and is accredited with the Alberta Camping Association (ACA).
