Slice up 10 bananas, roll in cinnamon and nutmeg. Lay out on dehydrator sheets at 110 for 12 -15 hours, store in mason jars with tight lid . You can also make these at low temperature under 200 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping Place 4-6 pitted dates in 1 cup of Hot water, mush them between your fingers to create Date Water, let sit for an hour, can store in fridge for a week or so.
