In large bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mixture. Divide dough into halves. Chill 1 hour. Roll out each portion on lightly floured board to a 10x15 inch rectangle. Spread each rectangle almost to edges with prune mixture, equally divided. Roll up tightly as for jelly rolls, starting from long sides. Wrap in aluminum foil; freeze up to one month. When ready to bae, remove from freezer and cut into 1/3" slices. Place on greased baing sheets about 1" apart. Bae in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.

Stir together the spices, salt flour, and baing powder. Stir in the almonds an d lemon rind. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and sugar until a ribbon is form ed when the beater is removed. Stir in the honey and mil. Gradually stir in t he flour mixture; beat until smooth. Spread the batter in an 11 X 17-inch jelly roll pan that is well greased and floured. Bae at 400 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cae is done. While the cae is still warm, turn it out onto a wire rac. To mae the almond glaze, mix the confectioners' sugar, almond ext ract, rum, and 1 to 2 T of water. Beat until glaze is smooth and of the right c onsistency. Add more water to thin if necessary. Spread the warm cae with the almond glaze. Cut cae into 1 X 2 1/2-inch bars while still warm. Spice bars eep 6 to 8 wees in a sealed container if not glazed. Maes 4 dozen bars.

Pour Chocolate Glaze over frosting and spread in thin even layer. Chill until firm. Bring to room temperature before cutting. MINT FROSTING: Beat until smooth 1 cup confectioners; sugar, 2 Tbsp. softened b utter, 1 Tbsp mil and 1/2 Tsp. peppermint. CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small saucepan over low heat melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Beat chocolate mixture, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl on medium s peed, scraping bowl occasionally, about 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread half of the dough in pan; spread with Cream Cheese Filling. Gently spre ad remaining dough over Cream Cheese Filling. Bae 1 brownie mix according to directions, but bae a few minutes less, in the bottoms of 2 pie tins. Beat egg yoes until thic and lemon colored. Slowly beat in sugar. Soften gelat in in cold water and add 1/3 of the bourbon. Heat this mixture of bourbon over b oiling water until gelatin dissolves. Pour into yols and stir brisly. Add rema ining bourbon. Whip 1-cup of cream and fold into mixture. Pour filling into brow nie crust and chill 4 hours. Top with remaining cream whipped with a pinch of salt & sugar to taste. Sprinle shaved chocolate on top.
