Construction/Making of RCC civil foundation for fixing the 12Mtr long streetlighting pole using 'M20' grade concrete and 'Fe 415' grade steel reinforcement designed as per the loadings on the pole and soil SBC as 10T/sqm at a depth of 1.5m. HDPE pipes of suitable diameter shall be casted along with foundation for LILO of power cables. Size of foundation : 1900mm deep with 500 mm sq pedestal, with 50mm thk. PCC. ELECTRICAL FEEDER/CONTROL PANEL

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIOING OF ELECTRICAL/CONTROL PANEL , AS DETAILED HEREUNDER; Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Feeder Pillar panel rated for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, cubical type weather proof, suitable for outdoor installation, complete with double door, canopy arrangement and including civil foundation, it shall be painted using powder coated granules finished with approved colour shade. Sheet steel enclosure shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG thick sheet suitable gland plates and stud type termination shall be provided at bottom for entry and exit of cables. The feeder pillar shall be mounted on a 50x50x6mm MS angle frame which shall be supplied along with the panel, grouted on a suitable civil foundation with a clear height of 450mm from finished ground level. EARTHING

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIOING OF ELECTRICAL EARTH PITS, AS DETAILED HEREUNDER; 6.1 Supply & making of earth pits for grounding of Feeder pillars & Street Lighting poles using 40mm dia, 2.9mm thick, 2500mm long Galvanised Iron pipe, buried in a pit. The pit shall be filled with equal propotion of salt and charcoal 150mm alround the pipe to complete depth. The connection from the earth electrode shall be established through GI strips/wires using 12mm dia bolts, nuts, washers and checknuts etc, the earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia. This includes makiing of brick masonary chamber.` Supply and laying of 25x3 mm hot dip galvanized earth strips. Supply and laying of 8 SWG hot dip galvanized wires.

CABLE TRENCH

MAKING OF CABLE TRENCH FOR DIRECT LAYING IN GROUND, AS DETAILED HEREUNDER;

7.1

The trench shall be excavated in reasonably straight line, having minimum width of 300mm & minimum depth of 750mm. The bottom of the trench shall be level, free from stones, brick bats etc. The cable shall be laid at the bottom of the trench and the trench shall be then back-filled with excavated earth free from stones or other sharp ended debries and shall be rammed as required to complete the laying.
