Choose from a wide range of capacities and spray angles

Quick-connect spray tips are available in flat spray, full cone and hollow cone spray patterns to meet the needs of almost any low-pressure spray application. Two styles are offered -turn ProMax QuickJet spray tips and ball-style ClipEyelet tips. All spray tips are color-coded by capacity for easy identification. Flat Spray Tips range in capacity from .20 to 10.0 gpm at 40 psi (.79 to 39 l/min at 3 bar). Spray angles from 25 to 150 are available. Full Cone Spray Tips are available with capacities ranging from .19 to 2.9 gpm at 40 psi (.74 to 11.2 l/min at 3 bar). Standard and wide spray angles of 58 to 120 are available. Hollow Cone Spray Tips feature spray capacities ranging from .10 to 9.9 gpm at 40 psi (.39 to 39 l/min at 3 bar). Standard and wide spray angles of 58 to 112 are available. No tools installation reduces maintenance time

Quick-connect spray nozzles consist of a nozzle body and a spray tip. But no matter which style nozzle assembly you choose, our patented designs make nozzle body installation and tip replacement quick and effortless. Clip-Eyelet nozzles offer a snap-on pipe connection, while HP Eyelet nozzles feature a single screw that can be tightened by hand. Installation and removal of both the easy-grip ProMax QuickJet spray tips and ball-type Clip Eyelet tips can be done by hand, in seconds and without tools.

More body styles, more pipe sizes, more inlet connections

Clip-Eyelet nozzles are available in single- or double-clamp styles to accommodate pressure requirements up to 150 psi (10 bar). Designed to clamp on 1, 1- 1- or 2 pipe, ClipEyelet nozzles fit 9/16 drilled inlet openings with retrofit seals available for additional inlet sizes. HP Eyelet nozzles are available to clamp on 1- or 1- pipe with predrilled 9/16 openings. Retrofit seals are available for additional inlet sizes.

ProMax QuickJet Clip-Eyelet Nozzle Assembly

The No. 46500A ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly combines a snap-on pipe connection along with a ball-type ProMax QuickJet nozzle body. With up to 56 of adjustability, the swivel body allows you to quickly and accurately fine tune the direction of the spray without disturbing the pipe connection. Patented ProMax QuickJet winged spray tips are easy to install and replace in seconds and offer a no-slip grip in wet conditions.

More clamping force more inlet options

Offered in either single clamp or double clamp versions, the ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly offers the strength to economically satisfy your application needs. The double clamp nozzle assembly has the stability and clamping force required to sustain spraying pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar). Both single clamp and double clamp nozzle assemblies are available for 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, or 2 pipe. A choice of two inlet sizes for accommodating 9/16 (14.5 mm) or 21/32 (17 mm) diameter drill holes are offered. Retrofit seals are available for 27/32 (21 mm) diameter drill holes.

ProMax material resists chemical attack

Constructed of a chemically coupled, glass-reinforced engineering grade of polypropylene, the ProMax nozzle combines strength and durability for excellent chemical resistance. The ProMax material is well suited for spraying phosphates, acids, solvents, and other caustics, as well as withstanding caking, clogging and build-up. ProMax nozzles are ideal for a variety of applications such as cleaning, rinsing, coating, and wetting.

No tools needed for installation and removal

Maintenance downtime is dramatically reduced with the ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle. With a simple quarter turn, tip installation and removal can be done by hand, in seconds, without tools. Easy tip removal allows quick inspection of the orifice and tip seal. Tip installation is effortless with a snap-in feel that always locks into the correct position. A standard TEFLON-coated Viton tip seal provides a positive seal between the ball and the tip. Since this seal remains attached to the tip, accidental loss or misplacement is prevented.

Choose from a variety of spray patterns, angles, and capacities

Providing an unmatched spray tip selection to ensure the right pattern for your application, the ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly accepts ProMax Quick VeeJet (flat spray pattern), ProMax Quick FullJet (full cone spray pattern), and ProMax Quick WhirlJet (hollow cone spray pattern) spray tips. Clip-Eyelet Nozzle Assembly

Designed for easy installation and minimal maintenance downtime, the No. 20570 Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly simply snaps onto an existing header. Ball-type Clip-Eyelet nozzle tips are quickly installed and aligned, then secured with a retaining cap all by hand. Whether youre removing the entire assembly or just the spray tip, youll save time with the Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly.

More than 40 different configurations of Clip-Eyelet spray tips are available. These ball-type flat, flooding and hollow cone spray tips allow the spray pattern to be directed very precisely at the surfaces being sprayed.

Several additional spray tip options for extra versatility

For added versatility, options include a threaded ball that accepts a wide variety of conventional nozzles and a blank spray tip which stops the flow of liquid. Clip-Eyelet nozzle assemblies can also be retrofitted with a ProMax QuickJet ball to provide the added advantages of turn installation and spray pattern alignment with the full range of ProMax QuickJet spray tips. Double clamp and large inlet options

The standard Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly is affixed to the header by a spring grade stainless steel clamp and fits on 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, or 2 pipe. Single clamp and double clamp versions are available and the double clamp configuration enables spraying operations to sustain pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar). HP Eyelet Nozzle Assembly

The No. 38625 HP Eyelet assembly can be easily installed and removed by hand. The assemblys hinged body only requires one screw for hand tightening to the spray header. The screw may be installed from either side of the assembly for easy access and it also remains attached to the assembly when loosened to eliminate the chance of loss or misplacement. For added convenience, the screw also accepts standard slotted head screwdrivers, #2 and #3 Phillips head screwdrivers, or 5/32 Allen wrenches.

Built to resist chemical attack

The hinged body is molded of ProMax material, with a polyphthalamide cap, that combines strength and durability with chemical resistance. Plus, the smooth internal surfaces of the assembly resist scale and chemical build-up. The seal and O-ring are made of EPDM. A Viton seal and O-ring are optional.

Easily retrofitted to existing piping systems

Available for 1-1/4 or 1-1/2 pipe sizes, the HP Eyelet is designed to fit a 9/16 (14.5 mm) diameter predrilled pipe opening. Optional retrofit seals fit existing hole diameters of 21/32 (17 mm) or 27/32 (21 mm).

Choose from a variety of ball/tip options

The HP Eyelet offers several different ball/tip options. ProMax QuickJet ball for use with ProMax VeeJet, FullJet, and WhirlJet spray tips Ball-type Clip-Eyelet spray tips A threaded ball for use with threaded spray nozzles The assembly features a square body for excellent stability. This helps prevent rotation when the retaining cap is removed or tightened. It operates at a maximum pressure of 125 psi (8.6 bar) and a maximum temperature of 180F (82C) making it a good choice for metal pretreatment, food processing, electronics, chemical, and car/truck washing applications. A blank tip is also available to block the liquid flow in a selected spray zone. Refer to pages 10 through 19 for specific spray tip performance data.

HP Eyelet nozzles with ProMax QuickJet spray tips are used to rinse auto bodies after phosphating prior to sealing and painting.
