In our traditional Malay greeting I would like to say Sel amat Datang to all of you. So please sit down, relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon. I am Khairur Razi and I am Zatullifah. We had been given the task by our dear headmistress to be your emcee for this afternoon. We thank you all for gracing this occasion. We are delighted to welcome every delegate to our school, and extend the warmest welcome to those who have traveled from distance. I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this memorable occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all today. We are looking forward to meet you, hear and share your views with us because Education and learning open a new door to a world of progress. Performance of Action Songs and Nasyid Honorable guests, ladies and gentlemen For the next performance, youll be entertained with nasyid performance by the group Al Muttaqin which consists of standard 2 students. For your information, this group is the first runner up for the Maharani Zones Nasyid Festival. Afterwards, a group of standard 1 students will be performing an action song called I have been working on the Railroad. This group also has won the first place for the Maharani Zones English Festival and will be representing Muar district for the district competit ion. Let us all give them a resounding round of applause. Lets clap our hands once again for the fascinating performance. Lord, we thank you for bringing us all here safely. Tonight is a once-in-a-lifetime event and is a very special evening for all of us. Protect us from harm and guide us in all our actions. Let us act as ladies and gentlemen and that we may become mature and responsible persons tonight. Give us the grace and elegance we need throughout the whole evening and let us be able to express our heartfelt gratitude and respect to one another, especially us, the juniors, to the seniors. We pray that our Junior-Senior prom would be a success. Bless each and every one of us the beauty and wisdom to be able to present ourselves with poise and confidence.
