Introduction
All AeU students are required to access the student portal for online interaction with the registrar, schools, facilitators and other students. This user guide will provide the necessary information on how to go use the services provided in the portal.

How To Login?

Please browse our AeU website at www.aeu.edu.my. Then look for the Login button on the top right of your screen.

All AeU students are given a student ID number which looks like this, M60102091234. Use this number as your username and also the password. (Please use capital for the letter)

Congratulation! You have successfully logged into your student portal.

These are the available services for you.

The available services

Home menu is where you will get your important announcements. mySubjects menu is where you will access your learning materials and communicate with your facilitator and course mates. It is also called Personalized Learning Space (PLS). Update Profile menu is where you can update your personal biodata. eLibrary menu is where you can access the eLibrary. Academic Services menu is where you can communicate with the Registrar.

Finance Services menu is where you can view your statement and make payment online. Campus Directory menu is where you can view other AeU students info. Examination menu is where you can view your result transcripts. Email menu is where you login to AeU email system. Change Password menu is where you can change your password.

Where to study online?

AeU provides a learning management system which we called Personalized Learning Space (PLS). It has its own url address: pls.aeu.edu.my.

How to access the PLS?

When you are in the Student Portal, just click my Subjects menu. You will be directed to the PLS system.

Another way to access PLS

You can go directly to the url address: pls.aeu.edu.my and key in the Username and Password using your student ID number.

A lot of information will be posted here mostly latest announcement. Feel free to browse the information. To view your learning materials, click here. This box, My Courses, will list all your registered subjects.

This is a sample page where you will access your learning materials, forum, assignments, etc.

Your forum screen

To participate in forum, use these functions to edit, delete or reply.

Updating your profile

If you want to change your address or contact number, the Update profile function is where you can do those updates.

Accessing Online Forms

There are many online forms available under Academic Services function. You can reduce travelling to any learning centre by using these forms to get your need done. Browse all the forms as listed in the left side of the screen.

Need to check your account balance?

You can check your statement of account as well as pay your fee using your credit card online. Go to Finance Services function to do that. Also, you can find more information on discount or refund policy. Just browse the menu available on the left of the screen.

Need to check your email?

All students will be given an email ID. You can check your AeU email by going to this function .

Need to access the library?

You have two ways to access the library. You can access it from student portal by clicking on eLibrary function, or go to the url: library.aeu.edu.my

Need to contact other students?

You may want to communicate with your course mates. Find their info here!

Need to check your grade?

You can check your exam result once it is finalized by the senate by clicking this function.

Need to change password?

Your default password is so easy to guess. So, to protect your portal space, you can change your password through this function.

Getting help through Vcare

Vcare is our ticketing system where all your feedback or complaint will be attended to. You will be updated when the issue is resolved. Just follow the steps below to create a ticket. (Must use AeU email ID to login)
