01 Worked with the focus of responsibility on execution of construction project:

• Organized plan, direct, advice and managed site staff, Allocate Resources to specific
aspects of project.
• Mainly controlling the quality of work as QA/QC Engineer at whole project.
• Coordinated tracking and control of project related resources and materials. Exercised
functional authority for control and completion of projects.
 • Actively initiate the schedule, plan the required resources, set the construction logistics,
Quality and safety plans and enforced of the same, perform follow up, analysis and
monitoring activities.
• Layout of RCC structures, reading spot levels and monitoring excavation.

Project (first ever DRI Plant built in Pakistan) located at BIN Qasim Port, Karachi., which
includes the construction of, Reduction Furnace, Bunkers, Pipe Racks, Cooling Tower, Diesel
Generator Foundation, Heat Recovery, Reformer, Settling Ponds, Clarifier, Material handling
system , Transfer Tower foundations, Stacker Reclaimer Foundation, Gas Turbine Generator
Foundation, POWER HOUSE BUILDING, TRANSFORMER YARD, SUB STATION
BUILDING, ANALYZER BUILDING, CLAIRFIER WATER TRAETMENT BUILDING, 8.5 MG
POTABLE WATER RESEVOIR, GRP pipe line etc.
All these works involves extensive piling and raft foundation works and Infra structure works etc.
