I can't walk up the stairs without having to catch my breath. Yesterday my friend could not believe how hard I was breathing after walking up 3 stairs. From this moment I am going to get serious about losing weight and getting in shape. First, I'm going to go on a diet. This means eating healthy and cutting down on fatty foods like cake and french fries. I am also going to give up smoking. It's so bad for me, plus it's very expensive. Lastly, I'm going to work out regularly, this means exercising at least 3 days a week. I just need to remember to warm up before my workouts so I don't get injured. Now I just need to put words into action! Love, George _______ 1. Exercise (v.) / An exercise routine (n.) _______ 2. To do light exercise to make your muscles warm before an intense exercise routine. _______ 3. To be in poor physical condition / to become physically fit. _______ 4.
