Project Engineer
Job Description: Take over charge of contracts from Sales & Estimation Department vide an internal kick-off meeting Review the contract specifications, understand and implement Project Execution in accordance with the specifications and facilitate interactions with internal departments such as sales & estimation, design, QA/QC, Procurement & Production to resolve issues Liaise with Customers, Third Party Agencies, Subcontractors, Sub-suppliers for smooth execution of the projects Managing & ensuring effective project schedules. Managing & ensuring timely document submission, progress reporting to clients through the Document Controller. Ensuring tight and effective project budget control through timely and appropriate negotiations with sub-suppliers, sub-contractors, Third Party Agencies etc. as a joint exercise with Procurement Department Experience and PrePre-Requisites: Min. Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Fabrication or Production Engineering 2 to 3 years of experience as Projects Engineer / Production Engineer / Production Planning Engineer/ QA/ QC Engineer with Heat Exchangers / Pressure Vessels and/or Offshore Modules Building High Proficiency with Project Management Softwares such as MS Project Sound understanding of Fabrication & Welding Processes is expected Understanding of Welding & materials Inspection Procedures will be preferred

Understanding of ASME VIII Div. 1 & 2 will be preferred Understanding of ABS/ DNV/ Lloyds classification requirements preferred Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality System will be an added advantage High standards of communication skills in English are expected, other Asian languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Malay, Korean will be an added advantage High Interpersonal Skills and problems resolving skills are expected Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
