Not just the false teaching of a dualistic Godhead, Branhams dualism teachings ranged from the dualistic Godhead to dualistic opposing forces as found in Hinduism, Tao Buddhism, and Islam. Dualism is a theology that started in pagan worship. It was found in Egyptian Religious beliefs by the contrast of the gods Set and Osiris, but interestingly, the first conception of dualism came from the Ancient Persian Religion of Zoroastrianism around the mid-fifth century BC. Zoroastrianism oddly enough is connected to Branhams false teaching that Balaam had the same anointing as Moses as Balaam is seen as a key figure in the ancient Zoroastrianism teachings. In fact, it is believed by some in Islam that Balaam WAS Zoroaster. Some Syriac recorders interchange the name Balaam with Zoroaster in the Lexicon of the Bar Ali. In Taoism, there are two opposing forces, almost (if not) equal: Yin and Yang. This matches the times Branham teaches that Jesus and Satan were almost (if not) equal. In 1955, Branham says this: The right hand man of Almighty God was Lucifer, the son of the morning. The first, God granted him almost co-workers with Him; he was a co-worker, partly equal with Him; 55-0311 THE.SEAL.OF.THE.ANTICHRIST But combining Charles Taze Russells theology (the Jehovahs Witnesses), and other pagan religions, Branham combined multiple heresies into what became a different Jesus. You see, even though Branham sometimes claimed to be a Trinitarian (away from Jeffersonville, of course), Branham never seemed to grasp the differences between the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. Because of this, he added to the Word of God and invented a new Bible verse. He claimed that Jesus Christ said, I will be with you EVEN IN YOU until the end of the world. The words, EVEN IN YOU, are added by William Branham. In a sermon entitled, The Godhead Explained, Branham says this: The Bible said that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself. Baptist, and that God left Jesus at the Garden of Gethsemene. essentially teaching that just a man died on the cross, and to any Bible reader who has eyes to read, they know that just a man cannot take away the sins of the world for us. To start this off, Branham invents another Bible verse: And when Jesus, a carpenter's Son, physically speaking, when He come to the earth here that's all He was known of, and the day that when John baptized Him, God a vindicated Him. God spoke from the heavens. John saw Him coming in the form a dove, and said, "This is My beloved Son in Whom I'm pleased to dwell." The right translation there is, "In whom I am pleased to dwell in." Jesus immediately anointed with God, He was just a man till that time, but now He becomes the God-man. 55-0806 JESUS.CHRIST.THE.SAME.YESTERDAY.TODAY.AND.FOREVER He says that the correct translation is to dwell in, however the original scrolls had no additional words these words to dwell in were ONLY translated by William Branham, unless George Lamsa found a Gnostic scroll that had been altered. The scrolls that have been unaltered by ancient heretics do not have any additional words to translate and add. Out of the seven words found in the scrolls, they would literally translate: Son of me the beloved in whom I am well pleased.

After the word eudokesa, there is no additional word to translate. Regarding the spirit leaving Jesus as just a man, In 1965, Branham says this: The Spirit left Him, in the garden of Gethsemane. He had to die, a man. Remember, friends, He didn't have to do that. 65-0418M IT.IS.THE.RISING.OF.THE.SUN This is exactly what the Jehovahs witnesses believe. In the Watchtower Society teachings, Jehovah of the Old Testament is Jesus of the New. And they also believe that there is a separation between the Father and the Son in the Old Testament, which they explain to be Michael the Archangel which they say is Jesus Christ. In 1955, he says this: And at that time Michael shall stand, the great prince." Michael was Christ, of course, Who fought the angelic wars in heaven with the devil. Satan and Michael fought together, or fought against each other, rather.

One of the tools Branham uses to inject his false teachings believe it or not is the Bible. Not the SCRIPTURE, but the Bible the translated text. Branham and those like him are able to confuse many because of two things: The history of the scrolls that many simply do not know, and the translations itself how the language has progressed into different meanings. A scripture that is used in Dualistic heresy is Psalm 110: The LORD says to my Lord: Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool. The Lord sends forth from Zion your mighty scepter. Rule in the midst of your enemies! Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power, in holy garments; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth will be yours. The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. The Lord said unto my Lord. This sounds like Dualism! But there is a history that many do not know. While Branham taught that Jesus was the Name of God, the Name Jesus was not known until the angel told Mary and Joseph the Name they were to call their baby. In the Old Testament, God was called Yahweh. The translators did not want the name of Yahweh taken in vain. To protect the people from blasphemy, the replaced Yahweh with L-O-R-D (all capital). But this psalm contains two different words LORD (all capital), and Lord (a title).

The word for LORD is Yahweh, and the word for Lord is lagoni. In fact, it is speaking of the self-same God. Correctly translated, it is Sit my Lord the Yahweh says.

But Branham did not tell the people this he integrated the heresy of Dualism into his theology. He combined multiple heresies into one, using confusion. "And if the Oneness, you disagree with the Oneness because of their one standing like that." Yes, sir. Jesus had a Father; He was God. They baptize in the Name of Jesus. I baptize in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. There's many Jesuses, but there's only one Lord Jesus Christ. See? Not in "Jesus name"; but in the Name of "The Lord Jesus Christ"; that's Father, Son, Holy Ghost. Lord, "Lord said unto My Lord, Set on the right hand"; Son, Jesus; Christ, Logos that went out of God in the beginning. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. There you are. Oh, I'm so happy for it. 59-0823 PALMERWORM.LOCUST.CANKERWORM.CATERPILLAR 2 Peter 2 warns us that false teachers will rise and bring forth pagan teachings from the ancient world. But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment; if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; if by turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned them to extinction, making them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly; and if he rescued righteous Lot, greatly distressed by the sensual conduct of the wicked for as that righteous man lived among them day after day, he was tormenting his righteous soul over their lawless deeds that he saw and heard); then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment, and especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority. After warning us of these heretics, it is very interesting that Peter speaks of Gods preservation of Noah. While Peter is showing Gods devotion to Noah, who was found to be just, Branham also used this very verse to invent another new scripture. Just the Elected! "But as it was in the days of Noah, when eight souls were saved, so shall it be in the Coming of the Son of man." Very, very few will be saved at that time. 64-0125 TURN.ON.THE.LIGHT This invented scripture is a combination of Luke 17:26 and what we just read in 2 Peter. Luke says this: Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. Luke 17:25-27

Revelation 22 warns those who feel they have the power to add to or take away from the Word of God: I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. As Christians, you should ask yourselves: Have you followed a man who introduced heresy and pagan religion into a large mess that he called Christianity? Do you still follow these false teachings? Do you even UNDERSTAND these false teachings or are you still confused because of the many different conflicting viewpoints Branham taught on the Godhead? Are you REALLY Okay with William Branham inventing his own scriptures do you see the heresy in this? Or have your hearts been so seared by his false gospel that this no longer bothers you?
