Each student has to come to the front of the class to introduce him/herself.)) ASKING FOR HELP. ((Making requests to someone by using modal Can, Will, Could, Would. How to accept the request and how to do not. Each student has to make a short dialogue about asking for help to someone and how to respond to the request.)) GUESSING THINGS. ((The students have to guess what thing is being described by the teacher. The teacher will give some clues to them. After the students have obtained the given thing, the teacher trains them to describe the thing, such as This is...; It is made of...; Many people like to have...; etc. Each student has to make a description about anything. They have to say the clues in front of the class so the rests can guess what it is.)) PLANNING HOLIDAY. ((The teacher shows a dialogue about planning holiday. The necessary information can be the participants, the destinations, the accomodation, the equiments, etc. The teacher can use some expression such as, "How about going to Bandung? We need many equipments.; We can go there by bus.;")) GIVING AN ADVICE. ((The teacher give the students some illustrations about someone giving an advice to someone else by using a clause form, You should; Youd better; It is better for you if you The students, in pairs, should make a short conversation and then perform it in front of the class.)) INVITING FRIENDS. ((Making requests to friends to come to party by using a pattern Would you like to come to...; Could you like to come...; Do you want to come...; How to respond as YES, Certainly, I will come... and how to respond as NO, Id love to come, but I must go...)) ASKING AND GIVING DIRECTION. ((Making request and giving explanation about how to find a particular place. Using request form, Do you know how I can get to, Would you tell me where, etc. Using giving explanation form, You just go ahead/turn right, The building is in front of/next to))

A THING AND SOME THINGS. ((The teacher alternately points to something and the students must say what the thing is. The teacher must concern to the use of pronouns for things this, that, these, those and articles a, an, some, one, two, three, many, much. E.g. This is a book. That is one car. These are five pencils.)) WHAT TIME IS IT? ((The teacher shows the students some dialogues about how to ask and tell someone else about time at the clock/watch. The students must know some terms in telling about time, such as It is a quarter pass/to; It is a half pass/to; It is ten pass/to nine; The students will perform a short dialogue asking and telling about what time it is.)) OFFERING MENU TO GUESTS. ((The teacher shows a sample dialogue about situation occurs in a restaurant where a waiter asks a guest what he/she wants to order. The form used can be, Please take an order; What would you want to order? Your order will come soon. The students, in group of three, will be asked to simulate the dialogue. Then they will make a similar dialogue and then practice it.)) AGREE AND DISAGREE ABOUT SOMEONE. ((The teacher will describe about something then he will ask some students about the described thing whether they agree or not. They will be introduced about how to express their agreement and disagreement. The expressions can be, Yes, I think so; I agree with your idea; No, I dont think so; I dont agree with you; I think it is about another The students then should make and practice a short dialogue about how to say agree and/or disagree.))
