Oh how time flies! It's the end of March already...

that's the first quarter of the year 2013 gone and never coming back... except for the memories. For this newsletter, I would like to do something different. I will be reminiscing what a usual week was for the past 3 months. So hang on and enjoy!

Just when most people are having their rest day or family day at the first day of the week, it's a busy work day for me. I preach weekly at CAFE's worship service. This year, our theme is: Multiply: Making Disciples Who Make Disciples. We are using the material developed by David Platt & Francis Chan. To learn more, go to http://www.MultiplyMovement.com/ After the service, we do a variety of things. Sometimes, we have our church officers' meeting where we plan for future events & evaluate past events. At other times, we do some counselling or just hang out with fellow churchmates. Then by 3pm, I'm off to Christian Faith Hope Love Prayer Institute & Seminary where I teach the Gospel of John. By God's grace, I have 5 students coming from different churches all of them active in their church. Every first Sunday, I also preach at the 3rd Filipino AiKaPe Christian Church. It's refreshing to worship with this church in Quezon City every month.

On Mondays, I go to my classes in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. On Mon and Wed morning, I teach databases and programming. It's a joy to see my students learn. Praise God for His provision & for this opportunity to teach & to share life with my students. After my classes, I take time to further serve my students by way of conducting special tutorial classes & personal consultations both online and face-to-face. Tuesdays is our rest and family day. It is on this day that we are able to get extended relaxation times, connect with one another, and with Ethan & Shoti Gabby. Most of the time, we enjoy the simple walk around the clubhouse where we live. At other times, we go out for celebrations. (See Grace's bday celebration below) It is also on this day that we have online prayer times with CAFE leaders and online meeting with our mentors. Once every 3 weeks, we also have a Bible study with our good neighbors, Sev & Emy. We had memorable sharing times at our house. Thanks to God!

Wednesday is a cool day. I go back to my classes in CSB and look forward to the afternoons. This is because I set times to meet with my disciples on this day.

We also meet couples for counselling. By God's grace, He uses the simple things that we do to help build marriages. Friday is my last day of class in CSB. I teach web page design & coding. In this class are some of my most enthusiastic students. They love learning about HTML5, CSS3, & JavaScript. Afterwards, I meet with our department chairperson to talk about our joint research & then to have some prayer & Bible sharing time. On Saturdays, I am taking up my Master's in Information Systems at the Technological University of the Philippines. I also meet with one of the leaders in CAFE, Alex Uy. He is a man on-fire for God & will be getting married soon. There you have it. My whole week in a nutshell! Thank you for taking time to take this journey with me. Thank you for all your love and support for me & my family. By God's grace, we will stay committed in making disciples who will in turn make disciples.

By faith, I'm trusting God to reach out to & disciple the people above. I meet my students in school & other CAFE guys outside. Praise God we were able to baptize Marj last Feb! Thurs is MaximizingMarriage.com day. Well actually, I do post and check the MaximizingMarriage Facebook page on other days. We post 2 or 3 quotes every week, greet couples on their bdays/annivs, pray for them, & build up the community one couple at a time.
