We recommend you call before going to any of these places because dates, times, and availability might have changed. Many food pantries require an I.D. or Social Security number, and proof of address (e.g., utility bill in your name). Resources for other needs available at: CommunityGrace.info. Central / 316-321-3266 Food pantry: weekdays, 9am noon & 1pm 4pm Open to all residents of El Dorado (once every 6 months per household) Driver license or photo ID required First Christian Church 300 W. Central / 316-321-4220 Food pantry: Tuesdays, 9:30am 11:30am Open to all residents of El Dorado (once a month per household) Driver license or photo ID required The Salvation Army 207 W. First St.; 316-321-4070 (ext. #1: Shawn Boyer, Social Services Director) Food pantry: weekdays 10am noon & 1pm 3:30pm (walk-ins welcomed) Groceries, pet supplies, winter clothing needs, etc. for residents of Butler County. Bring: photo ID. Social Security card; proof of address and income, if any. Eligible persons can obtain free food up to 6 times a year (at least 30 days between visits).

Directions: Take N. Emporia off of 13th St. When you come to 16th St. turn right (east) on 16th St. We are on the left. There is a bread sign out and a Crossroads Light to Life sign. You have to walk up the drive and go to the green door.

Food is provided based on the number of people living in the home.
