VIBRATORY FEEDERS

Using Eriez unique energy-efficient AC drive, the High Control (HC) range of Vibratory Feeders has precision variable (0-100%) control. Designed to meet the most rigorous international standards and with IP54 enclosure as standard, the rugged construction makes these the ideal units for light to medium duty applications in industries, such as: q Food q Chemicals q Pharmaceuticals q Abrasives q Plastics

Features
q q q q q q q q Simple controls. Enclosed drive. Low power consumption. Low maintenance. All units are enclosed - dust and moisture resistant. Dust tight and epoxy coated units are available. The electro-magnetic drive requires no rectifier. Epoxy-encapsulated coil and magnet eliminates coil movement, extending trouble-free coil life. Fibreglass springs give long life and are not subject to corrosion. Feeder base comes with rubber isolation mounts. Trays are available in mild steel or stainless steel.

VIBRATORY FEEDERS HIGH CONTROL (HC) RANGE

Also available: q The High Control (HC) range of Vibratory Feeders can be supplied as multi-drive units for wider tray sizes. Enclosed tray designs are also available for dust suppression. q The High Speed (HS) range of Vibratory Feeders is available for high speed applications such as packaging which require quick start/stop facility. q The High Deflection (HD) range of Vibratory Feeders combines the high deflection properties of a mechanical feeder with the reliability of an electromagnetic feeder for use on low bulk density materials, such as fine powders or leafy products.

VARIABLE CONTROLS
Phase Angle Thyristor Control Unit to suit the full range of Vibratory Feeders.
