Editorial change made to 3.2.1 & 4.1.1 on 30-Apr-12

SCOPE
These audit criteria are to be used as a Nadcap User supplement to PRI AC7114 for suppliers with Nondestructive Testing Facilities that are seeking Nadcap NDT accreditation. Only the questions that pertain to User supplemental criteria will be found within this checklist. Only those suppliers, who are approved by or have specific written authorization from, a particular user, shall be permitted to be audited to that Users supplemental criteria.

GENERAL INFORMATION
In completing this assessment, auditors are instructed to respond with a "Yes or No" to address compliance with each statement of requirement. (For any negative responses, the auditor must clearly indicate in the NCR if the No" reflects noncompliance with respect to existence, adequacy, and/or compliance. Existence relates to evidence of a documented procedure or policy, adequacy relates to the completeness of the procedure or policy, and compliance relates to evidence of effective implementation). The auditor shall only apply the questions in this checklist to the suppliers who specify the end Users identified herein. U1 - Honeywell U2 - P&W U3 - Rolls Royce Plc U4 - Lockheed Martin U5 - Eurocopter U6 - Rolls Royce Corporation U7 - MTU U8 - Airbus U9 - Hawker Beechcraft U10 - GE Aviation U11- The Boeing Company U14 - SAFRAN U16 - Bell Helicopter U17 - Sikorsky Aircraft U18 - Hamilton Sundstrand U19 - Triumph/Vought

Each question in this checklist must be addressed only in so far as it pertains to each applicable User Member who is represented at that question, and only needs to be answered once. All negative responses require a Nonconformance Report (NCR) with the auditor indicating the specific User requirement that was violated. Not Applicable (N/A) responses do not require an explanation as they indicate that no User Member requirement is addressed at that question or that the process identified is not utilized.
