March Property sales were 27, up 17.4% from 23 in March of 2012 and 92.9% higher than the 14 sales last month. March 2013 sales were at their highest level compared to March of 2012 and 2011. March YTD sales of 50 are running 10.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 56.

The Median Sales Price in March was $1,210,000, up 64.6% from $735,000 in March of 2012 and up 36.0% from $890,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in March was $1,420,913, up 21.6% from $1,168,818 in March of 2012 and up 24.9% from $1,137,643 last month. March 2013 ASP was at the highest level compared to March of 2012 and 2011.
