The Median Sales Price in March was $1,125,000, up 69.5% from $663,700 in March of 2012 and up 50.0% from $750,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in March was $1,387,767, up 24.1% from $1,118,325 in March of 2012 and up 60.5% from $864,735 last month. March 2013 ASP was at a mid range compared to March of 2012 and 2011.

A comparatively lower MSI is more beneficial for sellers while a higher MSI is better for buyers. The March 2013 MSI of 4.3 months was at its lowest level compared with March of 2012 and 2011.
