Lesson objectives : By the end of the lessons, pupils should be able to:1. Read and understand simple paragraphs 2. Listen to simple story and recall the story-line by answering wh questions. 3. Talk about moral value and characters of the story using simple language.

Set Induction (5 minutes )

Q&A session Q: What do you know about friendship? A: close friend/ good friend/ a friend that we always hangout with. Q: Why does we need friend? A: Because friend can help us when we needs. Q: Who are you best friend? A: Atikah

Teacher writes the word friendship at the white board and asks about meaning.

Presentation (10 minutes)

Practices (10 minutes)

Wh-question regardings the story. Questions & Answer : Q: What is the story about? A: Three best friend, Reindeer, Penguin and Fox. Q: Where do you think the place is? A: The place is in the jungle. Q: What were Reindeer and Penguin found? A: They were found a lot of fruit. Q: Why did Reindeer and Penguin angered about? A: They were angered at Fox because he couldnt keep the promise. Q: What is the moral of this story that you could learn? A: Must always keep Teacher asks pupil to form a pair of group to answer simple Wh question. Every pair of group must discuss the answer and one of them written it on the white board. Teacher chooses pupil randomly to answer the question. Teachers discuss the answer in the class. Practice (15 minutes)

Sequencing the story Pupils remain in the same groups (in pairs). Each group will have an envelope contain the paragraphs of story. Teacher requires each group to sequencing the paragraphs in time given. Before that, pupils need to keep the story hand out in their bags. After finish sequence the paragraph, pupils need to paste it at coloured A4 paper that teacher gave. Teacher will choose the group randomly To ensure pupil understand what they have learn and read. Production (15 minutes)

Big to small word & Build sentences

Teacher writes the word bigmouth on the white board.

To activate pupils knowledge and thinking skills.

Then, teacher will explain the meaning with simple example.

Teacher require pupils to classified the word according to word class.

After that teacher ask pupil to write a simple sentences with teacher guide.

Closure (5minutes)

Q & A session Teacher asks pupils if their have any question. Teacher will asks question to know how their understanding about the story. Teacher recaps the lesson by highlight the moral values from the story. Teacher asks to bring news paper for next lesson.
