Research title: Social media marketing and lifestyle physical activity I would like to invite you to participate in this original postgraduate research project from April and will finish at the end of June 2013. You should only participate if you want to; choosing not to take part will not disadvantage you in any way. Before you decide whether you want to take part, it is important for you to understand why the research is being done and what your participation will involve. Please take time to read the following information carefully and discuss it with others if you wish. Ask us if there is anything that is not clear or if you would like more information. We are recruiting users of the social media sites Facebook and Twitter who are over 18 and interested in sharing ideas of how to increase physical activity levels. Submitting posts, retweeting and any other interaction in this campaign is signifying both that you are 18 or over and your consent to your contributions being used, however if you would like to withdraw, please delete your comment and message me by 12pm on the Friday after you have made your post (if the post has been made after 12pm on a Friday, you will have up to 12pm the following Friday) and we will not use you data in the research or analysis. I will guarantee anonymity, please feel free to use an alias or post using your correct name, all data will be confidential in my publication of results. I will make the summary of results available via Twitter and Facebook in September 2013.
