Quality Productivity
Develop sector specific vertical maps, profile each unit, tag on the map, create web page for each of them Make virtual clusters of each horizontal level Develop cluster level approaches to implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing etc. At each horizontal level, develop base process maps and train industrial units to create process maps Facilitate, educate industries to collect data at all important stages/processes; analyze them Improving quality and productivity
