COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price Basis The above quoted price is FOT site 2. Payment Terms The mode of payment and the milestones for payment shall be as under: 10% - Down Payment 10% - Material received at shop 30% - Fabrication progress 50% 20% - Fabricatio finish 25% - After finish erection 5% - Retention 1 month (after finish erection) 3. Delivery / Time Schedule 4 - 5 months after receipt of down payment and acceptable purchase order. 4. Scope of Work Our scope of work as follows: Man power Fabrication, consumables & tools Sandblast & Painting Erection at site QC Report Pallet Packing Exclusion Crane/ mobile crane (Heavy Equipment) 5. Validity of Offer The offer shall remain valid for a period of 4 weeks from the date of offer. 6. Acceptance of Order We will accept the order on the basis of agreed terms of payment and conditions of contract. 7. Taxes and Duties All prices quoted above exclude any taxes, duties and license fees or any other personal fees and corporate taxes that may be applicable to the execution of the project.
