Material Handling & Warehousing Equipment

Mantrac Egypt offers a complete range of Caterpillar material-handling equipment for manufacturing, industrial and commercial applications. You can choose from a variety of diesel-powered lift trucks, with lift capacities ranging from 1.5 to 16 tons, or gasoline/ gas-powered models up to 5 tons. For use in closed or contamination-sensitive areas, electric lift trucks from 1 to 5 tons are also available in both three- and four-wheeled configurations. Mantrac also supplies pallet trucks, stackers, reach trucks and order pickers (both low and high-level) for warehouse operations.

Customer Support Agreements Mantrac also offers a wide range of Customer Support agreements (CSAs) to handle some or all of your equipment management needs. There are three different types of CSAs tailored to your needs: Inspection +: includes PM Parts, SOS, Inspection every 1000 hour, and a Diagnostic Report assessing the condition of the Caterpillar equipment. Preventative Maintenance (PM): includes, in addition to the Inspection + elements, the maintenance labor and periodic inspections; Total Repair & Maintenance Contract (R&M): Includes, in addition to the Maintenance elements, planned and unplanned

repairs including parts & labor. this contract covering all of the maintenance and repair costs during a specified time period. Instead of paying for maintenance or repairs as they are needed, you pay one flat rate to cover a broad range of parts and services. From scheduled fluid and filter changes to major overhauls, our service engineers can manage all your Cat fleet service needs at a predetermined price. Mantrac Egypt offers a fixed package price and fixed time repair program in our five-star CRC in Alexandria. This repair program only covers certain CAT models. Program includes complete engines, transmissions, fuel injection pumps, undercarriage repairs All components are inspected and repaired up to CAT standards. Every part is cleaned, inspected and measured, while CAT reusability guidelines are closely followed to ensure that your equipment achieves peak efficiency. All engines and generator sets are rebuilt and tested to CAT specifications, using either a dynamometer or modern load bank. Mantrac offers one-year warranty on all components rebuilt under this program.

At this center, Mantrac will utilize the latest equipment, tooling and contamination-control methodology for the total overhaul of your engines. Every part is cleaned, inspected and measured, while CAT reusability guidelines are closely followed to ensure that your equipment achieves peak efficiency. All engines and generator sets are rebuilt and tested to CAT specifications, using either a dynamometer or modern load bank.

- The expansion of the current CCR Program has grown to now include commercial engines in the 3400, 3500 and 3600 families. - The CER program provides a rebuild option that gives the customer a like-new engine at a fraction of the replacement engine cost. The program also includes required updates and optional performance enhancement upgrades for greater customer value.
