BOARD OF EXAMINATIONS

On-line Payment of Diploma Certificate/Mark Statement Related Fees (DOTE M SECTION) through INDIAN BANK NET BANKING / ALL BRANCHES w.e.f. 16th August, 2012

Open Internet Explorer / Google Chrome web-browser and type www .in dian bank.in www.in .indian dianbank.in in the address bar.

2. Click Enter Indian Bank Home Page.

In the Home Page of Indian Bank, click Links > Other Links > Department of Technical Education (DOTE) MultiUtility Payment

DOTE Fee Collection window will appear. In the window, fill-up the details such as amount, name, registration numberand details of fees.

Check the details and press SUBMIT button.

On pressing SUBMIT button, the following dialog box appears.

If the details are correct, press OK. Register Number and Name are crucial fields. Please ensure that these details are entered correctly. Otherwise press Cancel and review the details and again press SUBMIT.

On clicking OK, the following screen will appear. Now you have two options: 1) If you have access to Indian Bank net banking you can proceed to pay the amount by Clicking Pay Through Online. Otherwise, you can either note the Utility Reference Number or Press Download Chalan to download the chalan in pdf format. Print the chalan (i.e. pdf file) in triplicate. Visit any of the Indian Bank branch and pay the amount. Before making payment, fill branch code, branch name, your address and contact phone number/mobile number at the appropriate places. Do not forget to put your signature in all the copies of chalan. One copy will be retained by the branch. Of the two copies you receive, please retain one copy and enclose the other copy of chalan (in original) with Banks seal & Managers Signature alongwith your application. Submit the application with Original Chalan to the Institution for onward transmission to DOTE. Both the UtilityReference / Downloaded Chalan are valid for only 10 days from the date of generation.

Press Pay Through Online if you have access to Indian Bank Net Banking Facility

To pay the fees through any of the Indian Bank Branch press Download Chalan Chalan will be downloaded in pdf format. Print 3 copies of Chalan. Fill the Details & Submit to the Bank. You will receive two copies of chalan. Retain One Copy with you and Enclose Another Copy (Original) with the Application Form.

IMPORTANT POINTS 1. Fees related to various heads such as Certificate Correction, Duplicate Certificate of a particular candidate can be consolidated and paid through a single payment chalan. 2. Do not club/consolidate the payments of different candidates in one chalan. 3. Utility Reference Number / Chalan generated is valid for 10 days only. After that youcan use that chalan to make payments in the Indian Bank branches. You have to generate another chalan for this purpose. 4. Only Original Chalan (Institution Copy) is to be submitted with the application form. 5. Utility Reference Number (Chalan Number) is to be quoted in all application forms and in all related correspondences. 6. Filled-in Application Forms with Necessary Enclosures and Original Chalan has to be submitted to the respective Institution for onward transmission to DOTE. 7. Please remit the correct amount. Applications with insufficient amount will be summarily rejected. 8. Seal of the Bank and Managers Signature should be affixed in all the Chalans (if the amount is paid through any of the Indian Bank branches). 9. While generating the chalan, please double-check the particulars i.e. head of account, amount, register number and name. 10. Employers, Manpower Consultants, Qualification Verification Agencies, Embassies and Consulates are also requested to follow on-line mode of payment for Genuineness Verification of Diploma Certificates / Mark Statements. Payment by any other modes including Demand Draft will not be accepted. Only on-line mode of payment will be accepted.
