Background
Summary My educational background includes a bachelors degree and a masters degree in Management. In particular, my studies focused on multinational companies and brought me the opportunity to work abroad for several months before completing my university career. Upon conclusion of my studies, I started working as a buyer for Kraft Foods International which gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and expertise concerning structured multinational companies together with a wide experience in sourcing & procurement. Project management skills and the ability to reach targets on time have been of great influence for the job I undertook soon after. Having left Kraft Foods, I started working for Accenture Management Consulting for the Operations domain, with specific focus on sourcing and procurement projects, indirect materials and services management and procurement transformation practices. All the projects I experienced further enhanced my negotiation and communication skills and provided me competences in leading a team and proficiency in project management. My previous experiences have enabled me to develop a range of skills that are relevant in a work environment. These specializations include: relation management with suppliers and clients, mastery in sourcing and procurement practices, natural aptitude to team-working, project management and team-leading skills.
