Cubita is a residential/hotel project inspired by the traditions and architecture of Panamas Azuero Peninsula. It is being developed in the city of Chitre, the regions most vibrant community. The project features: Residential Area with 90 houses and apartments (condominiums). Hotel Cubit, a 100-room Wyndham Grand Hotel. Shopping Center with 16 commercial spaces and one corner lot. Situated on 5 hectares of meticulously landscaped, prime real estate. Valued at USD 22 million, the project is being financed with local capital and through bank financing with Banesco.
