Brands announced its intention to sell Long John Silver's, along with its A&W Restaurant chain. Citing poor sales for both divisions, the company plans to focus on its international expansion plans for its other brands, with particular emphasis on its growth in China.[2] In September 2011, Yum! announced they had found a buyer, called LJS Partners LLC. Harry Ramsdens - Here on 20th December 1928, Harry Ramsden began serving from a small striped wooden hut beside a tram stop. The numbers of restaurants owned by it at the different locations are: Malaysia 18, Singapore 11, Thailand 1, Saudi Arabia 2 and Indonesia 2 totalling to 34 casual dining restaurants. Fish & Co. - Fish & Co. began its operations in 1998 amidst the Asian regional economic crisis and was owned by two partners - Ricky CHew and Lambert Yeo.
