Analyzing Problem a) Islamic-based schools. Not only applied the theory of medicine, but is required to become a Muslim doctor. So, it can have a great medical science and can implement Islamic values in practice and life. Therefore, the doctor will not only act as a medical practitioner / clinical, but also as a leader and manager, so learn how to become a good Muslim leader. b) "Professionalism" is a term that refers to the mental attitude and commitment of the members of a profession to continually create and improve their professional quality. A doctor who has a high professionalism will be reflected in the mental attitude and commitment to the realization and improvement of professional quality through various means and strategies. He will always develop themselves in accordance with the demands of the times so that its existence continues to provide professional meaning. c) The process of critical thinking begins with a statement of what will be learned, find consideration, and provide conclusions based on events. The reasons, irregularities, and prejudices both the teachers and the experts are also needed to compare and establish assessment bodies. d) * Problem Based Learning : - Student centred. - Active learning, improved understanding, and retention. - Can activate prior knowledge and build on existing conceptual knowledge frameworks. * Principle of professionalism : Can make long life learner people. * Critical thinking : - Can help to acquire knowledge, improve the theory, and strengthen the argument. - Can express and formulate questions clearly. - Can express ideas, opinions, and solutions clearly to others. Profession Physician Communication and Contemporary Challenges. Pattern of physician and patient relationship has undergone changes. There is a paradigm shift, where the doctor is no longer regarded as a god or a saint, but have become ordinary human figures. The relationship between doctors and patients who used to embrace the paternalistic pattern turns into a contractual relationship. Conditions and the current situation has put physicians in the role as economic actors, namely as a provider of services. Thus, if the services provided do not satisfy the patient, the patient has the right to complain even to the lawsuits in court. Review conducted by Levinson (1999) concluded that the actual malpractice claims are preventable by physician-patient communication are adequate. Thus, it can be concluded that the rise of malpractice claims in society is the mirror of a condition which is not good communication between communities and health professions, more specifically among patients with a physician. While students can study independently as to diagnose their individual learning needs, formulate / define their own learning goals, identifying and selecting their own learning resources (both human learning resource or non-human), determine and implement learning strategies, and evaluate the results of their own learning.
