120 No. Three Bedroom Flats:CIVIL WORKS:-

The inspection was carried out by the WAPCOS Engineer: Concreting of slab on stilt floor of Block B2 was in progress and inspected. 6 No. concrete cubes were casted for testing in WAPCOS lab. Vibrator was being used simultaneously in the work. Quality of work being done is found to be satisfactory. PCC work was also in progress of Block C1 was in progress. Brick masonry and shuttering work was in progress, 2 nd floor of Block A2 was inspected. The work was satisfactory. Electrical Work:The site has been inspected and it is found that the M.S conduit and PVC conduit pipes have been laid in the slabs in 16 No. stilts and 32 No. flats of A & B Blocks. The conduit pipes of size 20 mm dia for lighting points and 32 mm dia for main supply cables checked and found of BEC and NIC make as prescribed in NIT. The laying of M.S conduit pipes in stilt of B block has been physically checked and found that the M.S conduit pipe of size 20mm dia.of NIC/BEC make has been used and Circular light fittings also stand installed in roof slabs of stilt as per specification of NIT while the roof slab was being casted on dated 01.12.2012. 260 No. Two bedroom flats:CIVIL WORKS:-

The inspection was carried out by the WAPCOS Team. Casting of Slab at 4th floor Roof was in progress. The work was satisfactory. The samples of concrete cubes have been casted for testing of compressive strength at the scheduled date i.e. after 7 days in WAPCOS lab. The inspection report is being sent separately. Electrical Work:Checked 110 No. flats and the progress reviewed is as under:The conduits have been recessed in the walls of 110 no. flats. M.S. Conduit pipe of size 20 mm, 25 mm and 32 mm of BEC/NIC make and PVC pipe of 25 mm and 32 mm size for TV and Telephone connections has also been laid. The pipes are conforming to the specification of the work, and are of ISI make has been recessed. 6 ways distribution boards (prewired) of INDOASIAN make has also been installed in 110 no houses which are of approved make, are as per specifications of NIT. The wires and switches are yet to be installed. 324 No. One Bedroom flats:CIVIL WORKS:-

Construction of 324 No. one bedroom flats. Plaster work on the ceiling in Block F, 2 nd stairs, 5th Floor was in progress. Sample of cement sand mortar (1:3) was collected from the site for testing in the WAPCOS Lab. Koba work was checked in block F and was found satisfactory. The inspection report is being sent separately.
240 No. Two Bedroom flats:-

Electrical Work:Checked 240 No. flats and the progress reviewed is as under:The conduiting in all slabs of 240 no. houses has been laid. The conduits have also been recessed in the walls of 200 no. flats. M.S. Conduit pipe of size 20 mm , 25 mm and 32 mm of BEC/NIC make and PVC pipe of 25 mm and 32 mm size for TV and Telephone connections has been laid. The pipes are conforming to the specification of the work, and are of ISI make has been recessed. 6 way distribution boards (prewired) of INDOASIAN make has also been installed in 200 no. houses which are of approved make, and as per specifications of NIT. The wires and switches are yet to be installed. 216 No. Three Bedroom flats:-

Electrical Work:-

The site has been inspected and it is found that the M.S and PVC conduit pipes have been laid in the slabs in 16 No. stilts and 70 No. flats of Block B & C. During physical inspection of block C2 ,second floor it has been found that The PVC pipes of size 25 mm for TV/ telephone points found to be of POLYPACK/ AKG make which is as per the NIT specifications. The M.S conduit pipe of size 20mm dia. and 32 mm dia. of NIC/BEC make has also been found in the slab on dated 01.12.2012 where the concrete is still to be casted.
