PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: In consideration of volunteering for the BOONSTOCK Music and Arts Festival, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, executors and administrators waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, including any claims of loss, damages or injury to my person or property arising out of my performance from the BOONSTOCK Music and Arts Festival, the owners of any event sites, any volunteers, their agents, representatives successors and assigns. I hereby consent to allow my picture or likeness to appear in any document, advertisement and/or television coverage of the BOONSTOCK Music and Arts Festival without compensation to me. I have read this waiver and knowing these facts I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue and waive, release and discharge volunteers, suppliers, agents, employees, and other personnel in any way assisting or connected with the events from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in this waiver.
