Job Opening: Junior Investor Relations Expert

Job Scope: Provides support to other Investor Relations team members in preparing specific materials (current reports / periodicals, translations, presentations), organizing specific events investor relations activities (meetings 1-1, teleconferences, site visits etc.) and answers for shareholders, analysts and investors Ensures the update of the IR dedicated section on the companys website, intranet and allocated databases Updates and centralizes information on sector of activity and allocated presentation papers Ensures relationship between company and existing or potential shareholders or their representatives Answers shareholders queries (via phone / in writing) concerning financial or non-financial matters, comprehensive and timely Provides Investor Relations team with relevant information and feedback on the requests received, including but not limited to periodic reports (daily / weekly)

Main Accountabilities: 1. Industry knowledge: Economic and financial knowledge (preferably financial analysis knowledge) Basic knowledge of Petrom activities chain Basic knowledge of peer group companies Basic knowledge about the capital market functioning and the legal requirements governing the activity of issuers on the Romanian capital market 2. Organization: Provide support in organizing various events (Capital Markets Day, results presentation to analysts and investors, one-to-one meetings with analysts and investors, roadshows etc) 3. Reporting: Provides Investor Relations team with relevant information and feedback on the requests received, including but not limited to periodic reports (daily / weekly) Continuously monitors, updates peer group information, macroeconomic data and briefs the Investor Relations team Involved in handling relation with capital market institutions, eg. Central Depositary Abides by the capital market regulations governing the companies listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange

Job requirements: Educational requirements: university degree economics or finance Excellent analysis and synthesis skills Good set of text editing and revising skills Very good networking and execution skills Multitasking skills and quick learning ability Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing skills Computer skills - MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, Acrobat Reader Ability to work both independently and within teams, but also to work under time pressure Flexible, reliable
