This position will support New Directions through analysis of business issues helping drive decisions. This position will interact and report findings to all levels of the organization. Quantitative Analyst Key Responsibilities include: Use business case analysis on help guide internal decision making. Analyzes and report on the information. Price insurance and wellness products. Support sales and account management using financial tool and analysis such as ROI calculators. Manage department and company projects as required. Analyzes and reports on data to assist operating departments and management in meeting their objectives while meeting required deadlines. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics and/or combination of college plus 5-10 years related statistical analysis experience Advanced MS-Excel skills including a minimum of 2 years experience in financial modeling Ability to read analyze, and interpret technical materials and financial data Required to manage multiple projects in different phases simultaneously Effective problem solver with proven written and oral communication skills Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated and willing to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Sales Management Development Program E&J Gallo Winery Job Description: E&J Gallos Management Development Program is an accelerated program designed to give participants a thorough foundation in consumer goods, sales, and sales management in preparation for a career in field marketing management. The development path to Field Marketing or Trade Development success is typically a three-phase program. Sales Representatives in Phase I are responsible for expanding Gallo sales and distribution in an established retail territory. This position is demanding and challenging (as well as fun) as skills are mastered in territory management, selling, merchandising, servicing, and product knowledge.
