In the construction, mining and utility equipment business, Komatsu is not only engaged in the manufacture and sale of new equipment around the world, but also promoting various types of businesses that contribute to productivity enhancements and problem solutions on the part of its customers. Komatsu offers ICT-deployed systems, such as the KOMTRAX (Komatsu Machine Tracking System) for construction and utility equipment, the KOMTRAX Plus for mining equipment, and the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) for driverless dump trucks. Komatsu also offers the JoiFUL program for mining customers, the Komatsu CARE complimentary maintenance program and information provision through the CSS Portal website.
