Translates requirements defined by business analyst into logical, economical and practical system designs. Analyzes and Designs system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources. Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written. Perform the role of Quality Assurance when system is ready.

3~7 years as Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Web Base/Java based Software Solutions. Direct experience from Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a plus. Japanese company experience is preferable

Bachelors Degree in computer Science or related fields At least 3+ years experience in Software Development Life Cycle Strong experience of design and development Java, JSP/Servlets, J2EE, .NET(VB, VC/C++, C#), and Web Development, Javascript, Eclipse/Visual Studio, HTML. Strong working experience in MVC Knowledge in web application development Knowledge in database access using Oracle, MS SQL Server Any of following skill would be advantage : Struts Framework and/or Spring Framework Broad knowledge of Server System, Application Server, Web Server Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work Able to work under tight schedule Good design documentation is required Team work and willing to learn a new technology Fair to good communication skill in English

Programmer (Business Application / Embedded Software)

Re s pons i bi l i tie s:

Responsible for the development of major components or modules and contribute to the design and maintenance of the products. The opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the product development process, from specification and design, throughout integration, release and maintenance.

Participate in the decision making process regarding the selection, customization and support of the array of software engineering tools used by the engineering group; i.e. version control, change management, knowledge repository, C/C++, JAVA, UML, .NET modeling, etc. Lead junior software engineers and review the quality of their design and implementation. Create quality source code; document code and procedures thoroughly as prescribed by the engineering standards. Use common development tools such as compilers, debuggers, profiling tools and source control system as prescribed by the engineering standards.

Concept:Realtime Programming, OOT, OOAD, UML, MV ** We will assign business applicaiton programming on the embedded terminal besides low/middle layer programming as device driver, networking protocol, VGA drawing, for who has business logic application development experiences.

Q ua l i fi ca ti ons :

University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any IT related field. Expert skills in of the Java/.NET programming language. Excellent knowledge of JSP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML and of J2EE platforms; at least two of: Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere or WebLogic / .NET languages and MS IIS. Web application frameworks based on the MVC pattern such as Struts or others Knowledge of software engineering best practices including patterns. Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design (UML), relational database management (MS SQL Server, Oracle and/or MySQL). Self motivated, team lead, good team player and result oriented. Fair to good communication skill in English.
