Compare and contrast cultural diffusion (sharing of ideas and goods) of ancient and modern China.

1.) Inquiry

(3-5+ sentences Stretch your thinking; Be specific; Draw connections from past history and current events)
Cultural diffusion must have changed tremendously over all those years from ancient to modern china. The trade system that was developed in modern china was definitely better for all the people. The fact that you didnt have to give up something you had in order to receive something (a good) you wanted is much better because people could keep what they had and still receive something, by paying money instead of goods. Back then, it must have been tough to give something up that was important for something that was also important. Now, people can do both. People still have to balance their money though, and make sure they want something before they buy it. In China there were also probably many different beliefs invented throughout all those years. The Chinese people have probably become more modern in their beliefs, and dont force people to practice their religion. A variety of people from different backgrounds likely populate china in modern times, making the country more diverse than in the past.
