From The Guerilla Media Network Team:
This is a rough draft of a timeline GMN is putting together concerning Susanne Posel,
David Posel, and Connie Mack Berry Jr. It has come to our attention that these people
are attempting to use extortion by threat of prosecution if Mr. Santilli does not comply to
your clients demands. Extortion is illegal.
We believe that we have more than enough evidence to prove in a court of law that
your clients are guilty of initiating this conict and purposefully intimidating Mr. Santilli
and his associates in order to instigate his retaliation to establish a motive to justify
their vendetta against him. Your clients relentlessly and with malicious intent initiated
a smear campaign against Mr. Santilli that gave him little choice but to respond.
Evidence in this timeline when completed, will prove that Mr. Santilli; while being
attacked by Susanne Posel, David Posel, Vinny Eastwood and Connie Mack Berry
showed great restraint that further infuriated your clients and set into motion their
willingness to push him to his limit of personal endurance. Then they threatened to
use the legal system as a means of blackmail and extortion to bend him to their will by
demanding he make a public retraction for comments and actions they claim he made
as a direct and appropriate response to their actions.
To our knowledge Susanne and David Posel have never had power of attorney to
represent Vinny Eastwood but still proceeded to threaten Mr. Santilli with legal action
on behalf of Mr. Eastwood if he did not comply to their demands. Susanne Posel
continued to threaten Mr. Santilli for weeks and archived documents will prove this in a
court of law beyond a reasonable doubt.
Partial time line for events concerning your clients harassment of Pete Santilli and his
associates is a follows:
Posel calls Pete Santilli and tells him she cannot do the show any longer: Husband is
going back to work and she cannot be available during that time: ( She would later
publicly admit this was a lie)
Pete Santilli asked Susanne Posel what she would like for him to say: She says:
whatever you want just be kind: Pete Santilli Agrees.
The following day Pete Santilli announces Susannne Posel will be away for awhile
due to a family hardship.
The following day Mr. Santilli receives a call from Patrick Henningsen, a reputable
geo-political international news correspondent, offering his services to ll in for
Susanne Posel in her absence, likewise, Beforeitsnews.com offers to sponsor the
newsbreak Pete Santilli accepts both offers. By her actions immediately following this
decision, Susanne Posel became infuriated.
On February 16, 2013 Susannah Cole receives a message from Susanne Posel telling
HER to remove all Occupy Corporatism ads and links from Guerilla Media Network.
Susannah Cole calls Susanne Posel and is informed the call is being recorded.
Susannah Cole suggests Susanne Posel talk directly to Mr. Santilli.
Pete Santilli calls Susanne Posel and she informs him the call is being recorded. Mr.
Santilli becomes upset when Susanne Posel unlawfully accuses him of stealing the
intellectual property of another talkshow host. To that time and still to this date,
Susanne Posel nor Vinny Eastwood have any legal copyright claim to the name
Guerilla Media Network. Pete Santilli reacts to Susanne Posel's accusation by calling
her a cunt and telling her he would fuck up her career if she wrote a hit piece (False
and Defamatory accusations) on him using this false accusation. While being called a
cunt and being promised he would not let her get away with smearing him on the
internet (in the event she should initiate unwarranted attack that of course is
exactly what she did) is not pleasant; it is not against the law either. Susanne Posel
laughs at Mr. Santilli and tells him to keep going.
After the conversation Mr. Santilli voluntarily removed all material belonging to
Susanne Posel from his websites. There were images left in Youtube videos that Mr.
Santilli had absolute permission to use by Vinny Eastwood and Susanne Posel had no
personal legal claim to copyright or legal position to demand they be removed. As far
as Mr. Santilli was aware, Susanne Posel did not or could not show proof of a legal
power of attorney to represent Vinny Eastwood in this matter.
At no time in the weeks that followed did Mr. Santilli publicly say a word against
Susanne Posel or Vinny Eastwood. Indeed we have have in our possession
documented proof Mr. Santilli was gracious in his response to Susanne's attacks. He
did however keep documentation of Susanne Posel's, Dave Posel's, Vinny Eastwood's
and Connie Mack Berry Junior's relentless attacks on him through email, Facebook,
twitter and youtube, and other blog posts and thread commentary.
Mr. Santilli began to have emails forwarded to him from Beforeitsnews.com and other
various news outlets including radio personalities that were sent to them by Susanne
Posel defaming Mr. Santilli and was told by Dan Johnson of PANDA he had received
one too. In a blog titled Shundrallah blogspot another email from Susanne Posel is
posted stating she had "real dirt on Pete Santilli."
Also, a young man by the name of Alec Shear agreed to join Mr. Santilli's team and at
the urging of Susanne Posel broke his verbal contract and is now on the real guerilla
media network.
Connie Mack Berry Jr. was sending emails everyday to Mr. Santilli purposefully
agitating the situation even though Mr. Santilli had not said a word about Susanne
Posel or initiated any contact with him the emails were harassing and considered
cyberstalking by Mr. Santilli. At no time did Mr. Santilli initiate any conversation with
Connie Mack Berry, and it was not until Mr. Santilli expressed to Connie Mack Berry
that he was uncomfortable with Berry's forceful encouragement to "back off the Bircher
Communism stuff" that Connie Mack Berry had a very pleasant relationship with Mr.
Santilli. These conversations are all recorded and archived for Mr. Santilli's protection.
Many listeners were aprising Mr. Santilli of Susanne and Dave Posels attacks through
social media and he chose to not respond. The attacks kept coming relentlessly.
On or about February 26, 2013 Vinny Eastwood posted a 52 minute+ video where he
and Susanne Posel defamed Mr. Santilli and made an illegal medical diagnosis in the
title by calling him a sociopath. Mr. Santilli made no public announcement against the
pair, but did alert Youtube that Mr. Eastwood; with the help of Susanne Posel had
violated his personal privacy. Youtube agreed with Mr. Santilli and forced Vinny
Eastwood to take the defamatory video down. Upon which he swiftly retitled the video
and posted it again using his website to illegally defame Mr. Santilli.
Other people mentioned in the video without cause and who also leveled complaints
to youtube against Vinny Eastwood and Susanne Posel were: Daniel Warms, The
Musical Group NOMESSIAH, Dr. Judy Wood, Talk show host Rocket from Rocket
Radio1, Susannah Cole and Ashley Jones, and others who wish to remain
anonymous; all volunteers for Guerilla Media Network. Vinny Eastwood and in
particular Susanne Posel used their full legal names and in some instances made
medical diagnosis as a means to defame them. Susanne Posel was also libelous
against some of them. In several instances during the 52 minute+ video telling
downright lies and half truths to make Mr. Santilli and his network volunteers appear to
be unstable, liars and untrustworthy. All volunteers are poised to sue Susanne Posel
and Vinny Eastwood with just cause.
The following link is a legal upload taken from the original video posted by Vinny
Eastwood starring Susanne Posel in which she brags that she caused many of Mr.
Santilli's listeners to leave his show thus admitting her actions were to cause optimal
damage to Mr. Santilli.
During the course of this video both Mr. Eastwood and Mrs. Posel admit that Pete
Santilli had not responded to or mentioned their names on his broadcast or in articles.
As of this video, your clients have further validated the aforementioned facts that
Santilli remained silent during the malicious defamation campaign.

the title with a medical diagnosis and accusation that has not been proven by a

video that had no direct contact with Vinny Eastwood or Susanne Posel in any
manner concerning her allegations of copyright infringement and theft of
intellectual property, neither of which your clients are legally entitled to.
Might I mention at this point that Guerilla Media is clearly not the intellectual
property of Vinny Eastwood or Susanne Posel. Indeed thousands of people have
used this name and IDEA to promote their media outlets, and unless you can
provide proof that your clients alleged theft of intellectutal property upon all other
"Guerilla Media" websites, we fully intend to le a discrimination complaint again
each and every one of them.

Having a vested interest in The Pete Santilli Show, I could not let this email pass
without responding.
Three times we were not on the air ... Twice because Danny Junior said he over
slept ... and once because he told me personally that the electric company had a
billing issue and turned off the electric. The last time he overslept was this past
Saturday. For us that was a huge issue. As far as all of this other petty stuff goes ... You
and Danny both were quite aware of Pete's style long before he came to AFR and I
think it is a damn shame that he is being thrown under the bus for the sake of shutting
up his critics. Nothing about his show has changed other than the fact he has
obviously put it all on the line for Dr. Wood. He is in contact with her on a daily basis
and has shown her nothing but respect. He has faced much criticism and fought a
pretty good ght. You and Danny both said he did a good job with Fetzer. So please
excuse our being a bit confused by all of this. Pete went on air today and said he
would not badmouth Danny and that he still had much respect and thought him a good

I am not aware of any slander or libel by Pete Santilli. I am only aware of slander and
libel by Mr. Fetzer and Mr. Duff and that Fetzer and Duff have made false accusations
and implications and engaged in bullying. But it appears that those tactics used by
Fetzer and Duff are the winning tactics. Apparently it is that easy to cover up the truth
about 9/11. It's a sad reection on those who support such tactics. It becomes clear
why the truth about 9/11 is still covered up. People who tell the truth do not engage in
bullying with false accusations and threats, while people who cover up the truth do
engage in these tactics.
Mr. Fetzer has been slandering my book for about two years now and has been
slandering my work since 2007. Why not go after Fetzer's slander and libelous
statements? Yes, do check out Fetzer's amazon thread that he's carefully maintained
as a data-mining operation. Currently, he states that my book does not address the
USGS data, where it actually does. Mr. Fetzer also makes libelous statements about
the tritium values in my book, claiming that I am scientically irresponsible and some
other choice terms by presenting false data. I have not presented false data. (I've
included links below this email. Note terms he IMPLIES about me: "high-functioning
retarded level," "No self-respecting scientic would engage in this kind of drivel,"
and note the careful wording. He creates an impression in the reader's mind while
maintaining plausible deniability.)
I'm curious why you are not concerned that Mr. Fetzer is posting that Pete Santilli is
"Israeli Mossad" and "a Mossad Shill." I am also bothered why you are not concerned
that Mr. Fetzer is engaged in character assassination of me. Take a look at that thread
that Mr. Fetzer maintains along with his followers.
I could list all of the false statements Mr. Fetzer has made about my work, but it would
take months of my time and divert me away from discussing what really happened --
and after all, diverting people away from the truth Mr. Fetzer's objective! Just look how
effective Fetzer has been, here, and why I am taking the time to respond to you. So
again, Fetzer wins. This is why I usually ignore anyone who is taken in by Fetzer.
A whole book has already been written documenting Mr. Fetzer's tactics. Actually, it is
an excellent documentation of what Mr. Fetzer has done over the years and could be
used as evidence in a case for treason against Mr. Fetzer.
For those interested in the truth, the smartest thing is to ignore Fetzer. He is too smart
to le a case for which he has no evidence to support it while there is actually
evidence against Fetzer. Fetzer will huff and puff but will not le a legal case. (1) Fetzer
has no evidence to support his allegations he has made up about Pete Santilli where
the evidence is to the contrary. (2) Fetzer does not want a 9/11 case in a courtroom as
the truth about 9/11 that Fetzer is covering up would then be revealed.
In the show with Morgan Reynolds, it was brought up how Morgan and I rst met and
why Morgan rst called me on the phone. "Hi. My name is Morgan Reynolds. What's
wrong with Jim [Fetzer]?" Morgan Reynolds was concerned about the death of my
student and was troubled why Fetzer was not. THAT IS how I came to know Morgan
Reynolds. My student had joined Fetzer's organization about a week before he was
assassinated. Morgan Reynolds suggested there be a "donate" button on Fetzer's
website to make a gift to the family and Fetzer refused. Fetzer wanted to ignore the
whole thing, as if to say, "Nothing to see here, move along..." Morgan's rst phone call
to me that began with, "Hi. My name is Morgan Reynolds. What's wrong with Jim
[Fetzer]?" showed more sanity than I'd seen anywhere in the Truther Movement.
The lady (Fetzer) doth protest too much me thinks.
What I have learned is that there are people interested in exposing the truth and there
are people interested in covering up the truth. And of those interested in exposing the
truth, some are too easily manipulated away from exposing the truth that they take on
the objective of covering up the truth.
What was your original objective? What is your objective now?
Mr. Fetzer is good at what he does. He gets other people to cover up the truth, one at a
time. He's the single most effective person I've seen in getting the truth covered up.
Yes, he's a nuisance. Now you know why mainstream media is part of the cover up. It's
the same reason why Danny did what he did. When the going gets tough, it's easier to
cover up the truth than to stand behind it.
I have withstood a lot of bullying from Mr. Fetzer, including his threatening me and
calling me at 3 AM and cursing at me like he was drunk. (As a result, I don't
communicate with him and subsequently changed my phone number.) Had I not stood
rm, the truth about 9/11 would never have come out as much as it has.

Well, Maya-Apocalypse (back on 12/21/2012 - when the world was supposed to end) is long since
over. The dysfunctional Congress critters made it over the fiscal cliff without too much difficulty,
albeit with plenty of grandstanding theatrics and finger-pointing on both sides. And one month has
already come and gone into the new year.
I meant to write this sooner but one thing or another got in the way. And I was just too depressed.
I, for one was disappointed about 12/21/2012. Not that I believed that the world was going to
actually end and that we would all be raptured up to meet the Republican Jesus (insert picture of
Jesus with a machine gun here). But some part of me hoped that the world as we know it would
end and change for the better. While it might be painful in the short term, I had hoped that like the
phoenix rising from the ashes, the destruction would give birth to a much better society for
everyone.
Alas, it was not to be. Now I think we are in for much rougher time as we continue the slow
descent towards utter collapse and chaos. It's going to get much worse. Economics alone dictate
that there is going to have be some restructuring of the money system because the government will
not stop its wasteful spending on the military. It's not the so-called "entitlements" - those are a drop
in the bucket as compared to the billions squandered on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the
monies needed to have the military bases all over the world. But the government will not do the
right thing and instead its going to impose "austerity" on us. When that happens, we are going to
be like Greece or Spain.
In emailing friends and others and reading the news, some commentators are railing about
supposed communism or socialism as in "Obama's a socialist or communist." Obama is not a
communist or a socialist. He's a corporatist. Just look at what he's done. Who's going to head up
the SEC? Why, Mary Jo White who helped quash investigations by the SEC into some the

countries (not only Afghanistan and Iraq, which Bush started, but Libya, Yemen and he is keeping

Not all of this is new news. The point is that he is there because Wall Street and the corporations
want him there. So when Rush Blowhard or any of the other talking heads on the right rail about
how Obama's a socialist or communist, think again. It's all bull to keep us focused on the wrong
thing.
And terms like communism and socialism are so 20th century and outdated.. There is no
communism or socialism anymore except in places like maybe Cuba or North Korea. The Soviet
Union collapsed over 20 years ago. Communist China is anything but communist. No, the new
"ism" which I identified as the "beast" back when I was running for office is nothing more than
corporatism. Communism is where the government owns the means of production. Socialism is
where the government tells the private corporations what to produce - a marriage of government
and private ownership. Of course, these are very simple definitions but they serve the purpose. In
America, we have neither of these systems. What we have is corporatism.
We do not have an independent government that tells corporations what to do. It's the corporations
who are running the country which tell the government what to do. They are the ones that donate to
campaign coffers of the Congress critters to get them elected to office and, once elected, to keep
them there. Once there, the Congress critters pass laws filled with loopholes and favors for their
special interest buddies who brought them to the big dance. Just to help, the corporations have their
legions of lawyers and lobbyists to not only write the bills that Congress cannot even manage to
read but to make sure that the Congress votes the "right" way (i.e. in a way which favors the
corporations). When they leave Congress (or more likely get defeated), where do they go? Right
into a lucrative position at the corporations or maybe working as a lobbyist. Need oil? Or a more
favorable contract regarding a country's minerals or other natural resources and they won't give it to
you? No problem. Have Congress or the president start a phony war and send in the military and
drones to invade and take over for you.
The corporations are now even taking water and selling it back to us while poisoning the
groundwater and engaging in other pollution (like the BP disaster in the gulf of Mexico). And they
have now taken the seeds for crops and turned them into Frankenfood with the genetic
modifications. What's next? Taxing the air we breathe? Seriously. Have none of them ever
considered where humans are going to live and what they are going to eat if the Earth becomes
toxic? They all aren't building space pods to escape in like Robert T. Bigelow. http://

Law". Corporations can commit crimes with impunity. There is nothing now to stop them. If the
government won't do it, who will?
The laws have no meaning any more, not when some people can do anything they want whereas
others can't. Corporatism and the greed which permeates everything in search of increasing the
corporations' wealth, has infected every facet of life - from academics (witness all the cheating
scandals to win titles and bowls and obtain players - all in the name of increasing revenue for the
schools), to politics (we have already discussed the symbiotic relationship between government
and the corporations above), to our two-tiered "just-us" legal system (there is no such thing as
justice anymore; it's a "just-us" system made up of the haves and the have nots - the have nots are
poor minorities who usually get the shaft - hey, the prison-industrial complex needs those warm
bodies to fill the privately operated prisons! and those who have money get some semblance of
justice) and the media, which is filled with bloviating talking heads which regale us with stories
about Michelle Obama's bangs and whatever love interest of the week is romantically involved
with one of the Kardashians. But heaven forbid that they give us real news. Can't have that! The
media might not get invited to the White House Correspondents dinner. It's like some kind of virus
that has consumed everything in its path.
What can we, the 99%, do? Not much. While some in the so-called "Patriot" movement are well-
meaning, this has become so infiltrated with what I can "neutralizers". Their task is to make it look
like they are on the side of the people, but really, their function is to keep the fringe elements
bottled up in flame wars fighting one another, chasing down rabbit trails of phony enemies and
keep them away from finding out the real truth and the real enemy (Alex Jones and his rants come
to mind, all the while he is out for himself and building his little media empire while touting false
idols like Ron Paul - whose last campaign was about nothing more than paving the way for his son
and being the point man for Romney). It's impossible to know who to trust any longer or where to
turn for some real semblance of journalism.
Is there any hope? Not that I can see. Not for as long as the people allow corporations to rule the
day and control everything from our courts, schools, media and governments. Not when people
like those in the 9/11 movement are too busy sniping at each other and behaving like kindergartners
rather than adults having a serious and intellectual discourse about what really happened based on
the evidence. Not when the majority of the public is more interested in frivolous faux news rather
than the real thing.
Which brings me back to the meaning of dystopia. "Dystopias are often characterized by
