Guests must be between the ages of 16 and 20 on the date of Project Graduation. We reserve the right to check ID on the night of the event and turn away anyone outside of this age range without refund . Guest must also submit the Guest Registration Form and include payment. See price below.

HHS PROJECT GRADUATION POLICIES Registrations cannot be accepted without payment; late fee applies after May 17. /guest MUST ride the buses to and from the event. must bring a picture ID (Drivers License or school ID) on the night of the event for check-in purposes. /guest. Trophies will be awarded to both Seniors & guests. tudents & their guests will meet in the cafeteria after the graduation ceremony. Buses will leave the school at 10:30 PM and will return to Hays High School at approximately 6:00am on June 7, 2013.

I acknowledge that this is a drug and alcohol free event. I agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth by Hays Project Graduation and HaysCISD. In consideration of me/my child being permitted to participate in the Hays Project Graduation event, the undersigned participant/parent of a minor child hereby releases and discharges Hays Project Graduation and their representatives from any liability to participant, his/her heirs and assigns for loss due to theft of or damage to his/her property, or for injury or death arising from or during (i) transportation to and from the Event or (ii) during the Event, whether or not such liability is attributable to the absence of care by Hays Project Graduation. Finally, I grant the Hays Project Graduation chaperones permission to act as my agent according to their best judgment in an emergency situation during the event.
