Position: L1 Desktop JD: Will be responsible for first level pc user calls. New PC installation.

Position: L2 Desktop JD: Handling L1 end user support at client site. Candidate should have good knowledge on handling Desktop/Laptop/Peripherals technical issues. Should have good knowledge on OS installation/troubleshooting & standard application support (e.g. MS Office / Mail Client setup etc). Position: Help Desk (HD) JD: Good communication and writing skills. MS Outlook & Email handling. Handling the end users phone calls at service desk. Raising and updating Incidents & Service Requests in BMC Remedy. Coordinate with Technical Team for end user issues with desktop and laptops. Generate & Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Call trend & Asset report. MIS & Report generation from service desk tool. Vendor coordination and following escalation matrix for technical issues. Asset allocation & updating transactions to Master Asset database excel sheet. Coordinating for Hardware replacement and Movement. Position: Technical Help Desk (THD) JD: Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious Testing and fixing faulty equipment Must: 1)Resource should have completed graduation with at least 50% from Recognized university 2)Graduation should not be external or distance learning course 3) Less than 26 years of age with minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation. 4)Qualification: Graduates/Diploma (3 year regular - Computers/ IT), MCSE (No BE/B.Tech) 5)There should not be more than 2 years gap during his education. 6) Notice period 30 days not beyond that * NOTE-This norms would be applicable for all profiles.

Position: MIS EXECUTIVE JD: Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & MS SQL Server that allows the company to get information on daily business activities Preparation of monthly Performance Status Reports Provide information to management and meet weekly to ensure consistency in data and information across the company. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department. Position: BB Support JD: Candidate will be responsible for first level Black Berry user calls, task related to provide solutions to users on Black Berry functions, installations etc. Must: 1)Resource should have completed graduation from Recognized university 3) Less than 26 years of age. No threshold on graduation, 10th and 12th percentage 4)Qualification: Graduates/Diploma (3 year regular - Computers/ IT), MCSE (No BE/B.Tech) 5)There should not be more than 2 years gap during his education. 6) Notice period 30 days not beyond that
