Supreme Court Justice Esther Hayut issued a decision in a docket, where no commencing record (the Petition) was registered, although it was received by the Office of the Clerk and stamped Received. Moreover, the decision purports to deny the Request for Recusal, which the Office of the Clerk refused to receive. Therefore, Justice Hayut decided on a request that was not even in possession of the Court. Additionally, the case is listed both as an Appeal and a Petition, A reasonable person would conclude that the Supreme Court initiated simulated litigation of the Petition.
