Questions ranging from growing patterns, absorbency of diapers, bird feeding habits and more were answered in this year's Annual Science Fair at St. Mary's Episcopal School. Led by science instructor, Patricia Brown, 3rd through 5th grades utilized the 5-step scientific method to: ask the question; form a hypothesis; perform the experiment and collect data; analyze the data; and publish a conclusion. Oklahoma Bar & Auxiliary honored

The Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Auxiliary were recognized recently during Youth Services for Oklahoma County's (YSOC) 11th annual Reach for the Stars! gala. The event, which is in its 1 1 th year, is held annually to raise money for YSOC's five juvenile programs, particularly the Supporting Kids in Independent Living (SKIL) program. SKIL supports Oklahoma County teens who, through no fault of their own, are living without parental support as they try to navigate high school. "The teens who find themselves at Youth Services for Oklahoma County often are in need of a friend or just the opportunity to feel accepted by those around them," said Debbie Forshee, executive director of YSOC.
