As you are aware, on February 26 I submitted a letter to the Vice Chancellor and requested a Completion of Procedures Letter. On March 21 I sent you an email requesting an update as to the status of my submission. It has been over seven weeks since my original email to the Vice Chancellor and I have still not received any indication as to the progress of my complaint nor any indication as to when I can expect to receive a Completion of Procedures Letter. As you may be aware, the reason for my request for a Completions letter is that I am planning to appeal the University's position regarding my complaints to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator, and this prolonged delay is a fetter on my ability and right to continue the appeals process. I will appreciate if you can update me regarding this matter since it is urgent and additionally since my final exams are less than one month away.
Yours Sincerely, -Moshe Admon, B.Sc., B.A. LL.B. Class of 2013, University of London SRN = 090389029 Fiona Bernardone <Fiona.Bernardone@london.ac.uk> To: Moshe Admon <ma183@student.london.ac.uk> Fri, Apr 19, 2013 at 7:37 AM
Dear Mr Admon,
I can assure that the relevant offices are looking into your case and that the Vice-Chancellor will be issuing a Stage III letter to you next week. Senate House was closed for business over the Easter holidays with various members of staff on extended annual leave.
