SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Project Proposal

I. Project Proposed: Project that I have chosen is CRM and. The


basis of this project is to know whether the customers of the company are satisfied with there product delivery or not . And to maintain a long term relationship with them.

II. Description of Project in brief : As I have already mentioned that


my project title is CRM, so I will be working on the how the company is maintaining relationship with their customers and whether the customers are happy with their after sales services or not. The company that I am working in Radiant Info Solution Pvt. Ltd. For which I will be creating a questionnaire form and will be evaluating them in 4 steps which I will be using in implementing CRM at Radiant : 1. IDENTIFY CUSTOMERS: To launch a one to one initiative that the company must be able to locate and contact a fair number of customers. It is crucial to know the customers detail as much

as possible, not just their names or address but there habits and preferences and so forth. 2. DIFFERENTIATING CUSTOMERS: Customers are different in two principal ways, they represent different level of value and have

different needs. Once the company identifies its customers, differentiating them will help the company to focus its efforts to gain the most advantage with the most valuable customers.
3. INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS: Interaction is also a crucial component of a successful CRM initiative. It is important to remember that interaction just not occur through marketing and sales channels, customer interact in many different ways with many different areas of an organization so to foster relationship all the areas of the organization must be accessible to the customer. 4. CUSTOMIZE ENTERPRISE BEHAVIOUR: Ultimately to lock a customer into a relationship a company must adapt some aspects of its behavior to meet customers individually expressed needs this might mean mass customizing a manufactured product or it might involve tailoring some aspect of the service surrounding the product. III. Objective of the Project: The main objective of the project is to creating, retaining customers and maintaining customer relationships. Methodology: I am using questionnaires and SPSS tool as my methods so as to check the increase in the customer service,

increasing efficiency, lowering operating costs and aiding the market department. My methodology also includes generating new leads and working towards the same. V. Schedule: As of now I am in sales team and generating leads for the company. My timings currently are from 10am to 6pm, 6 days a week. Limitations of the Study: No limitation as of now.
