POWER MONITORING Voltmeter (Ref PV): Indicates incoming supply voltage. Three phase panels include a selector switch to check all voltages phase/phase and phase/neutral Frequency Meter (Ref PF): Indicates incoming power frequency. Phase Control Relay (Ref PP): Protects against over/under voltage, phase sequence,phase assymetry, and phase failure. Grundfos MP204 Pump Controller (Ref MP204): Includes Grundfos MP204 integrated pump controller unit and necessary fuse protection. The MP204 controller digitally monitors current consumption and asymmetry, supply voltage, phase sequence, motor temperature and insulating resistance and protects installations against dry running, mechanical motor defects, high temperature and variable mains supply.

Pump Control Panels

PUMP MONITORING Ammeter (Ref MA): Indicates pump running current. Hourmeter (ref MH): Indicates total hours run.

CONTROL ACCESSORIES Level Control Relay (Ref CL): Electrically activated relay for start and stop high or low water level control. Timer (Ref CT): Adjustable timer for application with automatic control, especially pressure switches. Time Switch (Ref CS): 24hr time switch to set desired time for pump operation and pump stop. Auto Trip changeover for two pump duty/standby systems (Ref CA): Changes operation to standby pump if duty pump trips (panel types H & I only). Auto cycle changeover for two pump duty/standby systems (Ref CC): Changes duty pump each operating cycle as well as in the event of duty pump trip. Auto cycle changeover for two pump duty/standby systems (Ref CF): As for panel ref CC incorporates 24V control circuit for submersible pump installations (panel type H & I only). Level Alarm (Ref CA): Activates an alarm bell to indicate high or low water levels.

ENCLOSURES MPCB Starter Weather Proofing (Ref EW): For external installation of panels incorporating MPCB starters. Double Door Enclosure (Ref ED): For external installation requiring total weather proofing and added security. The first door provides access to the panel fascia and the second access to the components. Double Enclosure (Ref EE): Second enclosure for high security external installation. Free Standing Frame (Ref EF): For free standing non wall mounted installations. Note:- All options are not available for all panels. Please check with panel supplier before ordering.

The DAYLIFF range of pump control panels have been specially designed to provide effective protection and reliable control of all electric pumps. A wide range is offered, standard panels being available for single and two pump installations in sizes from 0.37 to 22KW for both manual and automatic operation. In addition, various optional accessories are offered so panels can be customised to suit site requirements. Panels for multi-pump, large motor and specialised control applications can also be supplied, these being individually designed to suit the particular installation. All panels utilise quality components and are supplied completely pre-wired with terminals for control accessories (where applicable) as well as incoming and outgoing power connections. Comprehensive wiring diagrams are provided with all panels. Enclosures are manufactured of mild steel and finished with a hard baked non-chip dry powder epoxy finish. Panels with DOL & Star Delta starters are provided with hinged lockable door fronts and are of IP65weather protection specification. Other panels are of IP44 specification and must be weather protected.
