What Is Class Management?


An open source Private Class management software that caterers your Class management requirements.

Through This Software you can ,


Register The Student For Different Standard Subject And Batch.
You Can Take Attendance Of Class and Get The Report. You Can Add Different Batch wise Subject and Standard and Teacher. You Can schedule Batches. Prepare Fees And Receipt Report In Doc. File. You Can Set Reminder For Fees Paid.

To Begin With Software You Have To Sign As The Admin. Enter the Admin user id and password in the appropriate fields the Login Page and click the Login button. Please note that the password is case sensitive. You also have the reset button to reset the fields.

After Login you get to the Student registration form. In Student Registration form you have fields with red Star at corner which are compulsory fields for registration.

After Adding Student information display in below table . The table also having Assign Edit and Delete options for each student. In Assign option you will get the Popup window to assign the batch for the student. In Assign Batch for student you will get available batches for different subject. You can assign the different batches to student.

Later if required, these details can be Edited or deleted using the Edit and Delete buttons available in the registration page.

In Standard Management Module You can include the standard . You also gets standards already Exits and you can edit standard.

In Subject Management Module you can include the subjects regarding to Standard. You also can delete the subject here.

In The Batch Module you can schedule the batch. In this you have to enter Academic Year , Batch type, Standard , Subjects , Start and End Period of Batch.

In the particular period of the batch you can schedule the batch for different subject with Start and End time of Batch. Also you can Update the Batch Period.

In the Update you can update the batch with Subjects Start and End Period and start and End Time of Batch. You also gets available subjects for batch updatation.

With Batch Type Module you can Add , Edit and Delete Batches.

In The Attendance Module you can take attendance of the student present for particular batch in class. If student is Absent then you can mark in the check box it will register as absent for that day.

In the Attendance Report Module you can get the report of Students present and absent.

In The Receipt Module you will get the fee receipt Format of the student . You can pay fee by cash or by cheque. In this form u will automatically get the pending fee of the selected student. Here you can generate report of Receipt. You have Print option to print the receipt.

In the receipt report you will get the report of the fee receipt of the particular student. By selecting student you can get the fee paid details of that student. You also have print option to get print of details.

With The Teacher Module you can maintain the teacher student details. The teacher details includes Name of teacher , Contact and E-mail . Here you also have the Edit and the delete option to maintain teacher information.
