Company Owner
The story began in 1938 with Al Kadi Family when they started importing food commodities from India and Bahrain. Their economic activities were located in Jubail City (Eastern Shore of Saudi Arabia), but after Oil Discovery and Aramco establishment, they moved to Dammam and as per a wise, an ancient observation states that Even the mighty oak tree was once a tiny seed a new business line was added, shipping to wholesalers in other parts of Saudi Arabia. No. 1 Name of Project Al-khaledia Warehouse Client Al-kadi Real Estate Description of Work Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of PreEngineered Steel Buildings size (42 m.w. x 102 m.l. which comprises of Material Warehouse Building, Central Maintenance Shop and Support Facilities, Chemical Warehouse, Maintenance Shop, Administration and Employee Covered Parking, Yard Operation Building and Smoking Shelters. Project included Construction of underground utilities including all electrical, mechanical, HVAC installation, plumbing works, water & sewage network, and asphalt roads. Design, Engineering and erection of steel Framed building, size (21 m.w. x 240 m.l.) eave height 8.5 meter which used as a warehouse building. Project included excavations, foundations, grade beams, and all requuired asphalt cutting, filling , compaction and leveling. project included all electrical and lighting works. 3 Sharoura New Showroom Al-kadi Real Estate Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of new Showroom, size (22 m.w. x 42 m. l.). The project included but not limited to all civil and infrastructure works, Foundations, Structural Steel erection, building, electrical and painting. Also the project included common support facilities, guard house, toilet and asphalt work.

Erection of steel framed building, size (16 m.w. x 43 m.l.). The project included ground clearance/Preparation, Foundation, Pads and paving, Blockwalls, Septic tank, conection to main water supply, power supply, fire fighting system along with smoke detector / fire alarm system. Project location: Aramco Al-Dharan Exhibition. Work included site survey and preparing for a temporary activities which is including supply and install (HVAC), fire water supply, sanitary sewer system. Erection of chainlink fenceof (450 l.m. doing all plumbing and fire protection work. Supply and install of fire station shed of approximately 700 sq. meter (8) in different Aramco plants.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY STATEMENT

Al-kadi Safety Policy for construction, used to ensure the health and safety of all construction staff, including construction sub-contractors employees and other persons involved in the construction and to protect Clients property and assets from damage, can be summarized as follows: Full Compliance with the Laws and statutes and Clients Health & Safety Manual and Implementation of more stringent standards and procedures where appropriate. Prevention of accidents by means of information and indoctrination. Direct participation of all involved parties in the actions aiming to a safer working environment. Promotion of the concepts working safety and safety first by means of normal challenge and direct incentives. Continuous vigilance in order that safety measures and precautions are actually taken in field, at the right time and following the established procedures. Immediate and constructive suppression/correction of situations/behaviors which determine or tend to determine unsafe working conditions.
